I'm a little confuse of your explanation, may I do the logic;
1. God is spirit, right?
2. The father and Jesus are the same in the state of being spirit. Right?
3. As God is spirit,
3. Therefore they are the same in the state of being God as God is spirit.
They are not in the "same state of being God." God and Jesus are both Spirits but that doesn't make them both God.
That's like saying that the President is human and Capbook is human, therefore Capbook is the President. But Capbook is not the President. Neither is Jesus God. Still confused?
Your example is not from the Bible.

It is this way;
1. God is Spirit
2. As Jesus is Spirit, therefore He is God.

Is it not your belief that Jesus upon resurrection become a spirit?
And may I know if you can address this question;
What happen to Jesus' body when He goes to heaven?
The angels are spirits. Are they also God?
Never was the angels called in the form of God. (Phil 2:6)
Are they God to you?
You said that because Jesus is a spirit like his Father that he is God. The angels are spirits also. Does being a spirit person make them also God?
Are the angels called in the form of God?
Yes. The "form of God" is being a spirit, just as God is.
I mean angels.
And what verse?
I told you. Angels are spirits just like God. God is a Spirit (John 4:24). His angels are spirits. The angels are in the form of God. So just because they are spirits, does that make them God? You said that because Jesus is a spirit he is God. The angels are spirits. Does that make them God?
If you go with your interpretation, man has also spirit (God's breath of life) can a man be also God?
What verse that says, angels are in the form of God?

Yes, angels are spirit but they cannot be referred as in the form of God in Phil 2:6.
Is Jesus when resurrected become spirit? Or with flesh and bones?

Then what form are the angels in?
