Lake of fire
Post #1It is a first class human tragedy that people of the earth who claim to believe in the message of Jesus, whom they describe as the Prince of Peace, show little of that belief in actual practice.

King James Version
Thou (king of Tyrus) hast defiled thy (king of Tyrus) sanctuaries by the multitude of thine (king of Tyrus) iniquities, by the iniquity of thy (king of Tyrus) traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee (king of Tyrus), it shall devour thee (king of Tyrus), and I will bring thee (king of Tyrus) to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
That is scriptural.
If you want to read this verse and apply it literally as in, "will be brought to ashes by fire" then you also have to take (king of Tyrus) literally and realize it is applied to him only.
If you have been given eyes to see and ears to hear then reread post #113.
I thought I answered that:
Yes.
And though not many know him now, once the lake of fire is through with them, they will:
With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world WILL learn righteousness. (Isa 26:9)
Peace.

So, those "everyone" are those who know Jesus. Not included those who don't know Him. That is what I mean. Phil 2:10
Isa 26:9 it did not mention all inhabitants. Those of God will learn righteousness. And those who lived in sin will not, they will suffer like the king of Tyrus be brought to ashes by fire.

Post #119The "model" or pattern for the wicked is not the literal fire, the pattern is DEATH.
