The Bible makes it clear that the earth, the universe, all matter, and all energy was created by God. Where I am unclear is to whether God created the devil.
Does anyone have any Bible verses that indicates whether God created the devil or not?
If He did create the devil, why not eliminate the opportunity for sin, by eliminating the devil?
If He did not, then who did and is that force more powerful than God?
Did God create the devil?

Matthew 12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.
Exodus 4:11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
Doesn’t there seem to be something very wrong here?
The Lord Hisses in Isaiah 7:18. That is a Hint:
Isaiah 7:18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria.
Serpents Hiss.
John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

Holy Ghost coming as cloven tongues of fire, A Serpent has a Cloven tongue.
Hosea 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.
When Jesus told the Jews “You are of your Father the Devil” in John 8:44 He did not know He was telling them “You are sons of the Living God.” Because Jesus did not know the Name Devil means just that, The Devil is God’s Holy Name.
Psalms 99:3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
God hides Himself then tells us to Love your enemy.
Devil is come down unto you, (Jesus had to allow Himself to be taken.) Having Great Wrath (one of the sins of the World) because he knoweth He has but a short time, Withing 16 hours of taking sins, He will be dead on a cross.
Lord seen devouring like a lion in Hosea 13:8, Roaring in Psalms 22:1, In Adversity in Psalms 35:15. Seeking whom He may devour, Jesus is consuming into the Body of Christ/ Not just the lost sheep of the House of Israel, But all mankind.
