How can Jesus have been born both before King Herod died in 4 BC (according to Matthew) and again during the 6 AD census of Judea (according the Luke)

One of them is incorrect or we are missing a big piece of the puzzle. You have beat this dead donkey or colt of a donkey or both ;) for a while. That he was born is not in question as Josephus verifies it. Maybe when doesn't matter to most believers?

Seriously, Polonius? Your fourth thread on the same topic in the last month? If you didn't like any of the answers we have given you previously, why would you elicit them again? And I've already explained to you that what you are calling a contradiction isn't a contradiction according to the laws of logic. As brian says, why keep beating a dead donkey? This is certainly the last time I will acknowledge you on the topic even if you start a dozen more threads about it -- which I have a feeling you might just do!
