Yes, he fulfilled all the Law, and the Prophets up to and including his time on Earth. After he returned to heaven and up to this point in time in which we live, he has been continuing to fulfill the Prophets.

Not cancelled ( which implies stopped before they could be applied), fulfilled, ended, abolished.
