Are we there yet?

Ever since Christ lived, people have been predicting the end of the world -- the second coming of Christ. End-times prophecy is running rampant today, maybe even moreso today than in years past. Most Biblical scholars believe all the prophecies before Jesus' second coming have been fulfulled, and the current "signs of the times" are a full indication that the end -- i.e., the rapture, tribulation, and the second coming -- are likely within our lifetime, even within the next decade or two.

50 years ago Israel became it's own nation. The european union is believed to be the 'rise of the revived roman empire', from which the antichrist will come. The euro-dollar is believed to be the mark of the one-world currency, China and Russia's rise to power is believed to be the fortold kings of the north and east in Revelation and Daniel. Now, this conflict with Iran's nuclear program is believed to possibly mark the beginning of the attack on Israel from Persia.

Of course, there were those who believed Hitler was the antichrist. Many leaders of the past have been mistaken for the antichrist as well. So obviously our radar isnt very accurate.

This is not limited to Christianity. Others also believe the fact that the Mayan calendar ends in December, 2012 indicates an end to the world (at least as we know it).

The Bible says we will not know the day or the hour, not even the angels will know, but it does warn us to be watchful for the signs. So, from a religious perspective or otherwise, are we really looking at the beginning of the end? If so, how close are we? Or, is the analysis of today's "signs" just as erroneous or meaningless as the signs of the past?

Of course, the fig tree putting on leaves can very well be Israel being reconstituted in 1948.

Or it might not be. Do you have any evidence supporting that interpretation? Interpreting prophesy can be very tricky.

Behind Closed Doors
I awoke this morning with this thought. almost like a dream it was. FOX news for NEWS, and TBN For God's Word.
why? Because I as just one individual Need really only two channels on my TV. ONE I WATCH to HEAR the Word of God and HIS NEWS, even though I must discern between what some are saying That God has already said and done . I can turn to Fox News and hear and see what GOD has already said would come to pass. SO I READ the SCRIPTURES to see what GOD has already said and done and what He is doing and will do .. WHAT HE is doing is Trying to warn a people about their UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OF HATRED, AND UNLOVING ACTS AGAINST HIS BROTHERS. YET I watch and listen and wonder HOW LONG will it be before OUR LORD GOD SAYS; enough is enough? and JUST RIP OFF the OLD COVER THAAT HAS become so FILTHY AND CRUDY AAND DIRTY THAT IT MUST BE WASHED UP AND CLEANSED AGAIN... But not by water of a flood this time but BY THE FIRE.
In the Last days I will pour out My Spirit on ALL FLESH. THE BAPTISM of the HOLY SPIRIT has been NOT ONCE but I have BEEN TOLD TWICE. IN ACTS THAT HAS been ECORDED AND WRITTEN OF AND PREACHED AND TAUGHT, again IN 1906. AND MAYBE even before this BETWEEN ACTS and 1906 THE point being that the HOLY SPIRIT is now falling and raining down on all flesh again and It is just this year 2006 having begun. YET IT WAS started before here in AMERICA, in AFRICA. Yet THIS MIRACLE of GOD HAAS been PRESENT AND ACTIVE IN MANY AND THROUGH MANY EVER SINCE it was GIVEN IN the ACTS SCRIPTURES THAT HAS been WRITTEN ABOUT THIS BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
THIS ACT of GOD should never have been nor should it now be TAKEN LIGHTLY AS something to not be BELIEVED and RECIEVED. BY ANY AND ALL THAT will BELIEVE CONFESS AND KNOW THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!.
People tend to hide their lives behind closed doors. We must remember that there is no door that we can be closed so tight that God cannot see past that door. For God is God and He knows us better then we know ourselves. The doors we close. are to keep other people out so they cannot see what goes on behind the closed door.
We as parents keep some doors closed to our children, because they are not old enough to understand some of what we as adults say and do. but when they get old enough we open the door of not only the doors of the roms of the house that were previously closed. but also the door of our heart so that they then can. know how the world and life in this world really is.
We as adults sometimes and most often keep the doors closed to our homes, and our hearts from other people because we have things we hide from those other people and this is out of FEAR of other people. YET When we do this we also cut out Communication with others and we are choosing to hide from others what we do not want those others to see that may be less then a good thing about our personal lives. all homes have two rooms that are closed to the public veiw as to public meaning other people. accept for the closest of family memebers. that are given the priviledge of trust. such as children that are still at home and being guided and taught by their parents.
No matter how tight we keep the doors of our Homes and our hearts closed?? We cannot keep OUR LORD GOD from KNOWING what goes on behind the CLOSED DOORS. THIS WE SHOULD REMEMBER WE CAN HIDE from people our SECRETS THAT we do not want people or children to know about our HIDDEN ACTS OF SIN. but we cannot hide THESE FROM GOD AALMIGHTY, HE ALREADY knows IT ALL.
MY POINT in this is JUST THIS.
THERE isn't anyone as a people that have not done things that we know are not acceptable to SOCIETY AND OTHER PEOPLE to do. IF it is something that one can be ashamed of then THAT should be telling us it is not what is RIGHT and GOOD to do. People have no SHAME anymore. THEY have no sense of Right and wrong . Because of a lack of MORAL BREAKDOWN of teaching what is RIGHT AND GOOD TO DO and what is WRONG AND NOT GOOD TO DO. according to any SOCIAL MORALS THAT ARE for all NOT JUST FOR SOME. and all these are found within the HOLY SCRIPTURES THAT TEACH us what is right and good to do even to how to raise UP a child so that HE may be a GOOD and RIGHTEOUS person and a GLORY TO NOT ONLY their parents but also their HEAVENLY FATHER GOD ALMIGHTY THAT is the Father of us all.
I grew up in an open door policy for outsiders. So that anyone needing help and was hungry.
A kind word and a word of wisdom and a sandwich and a glass of something to drink was the norm. The things of life and the world were not hidden from us as children. Yes there were times when we knew that we were not to ever enter a Bedroom without knocking first. Or a Bathroom without knocking first. WHY? because for us and all peoploe the Bedroom and bathroom are the only private rooms with Closed doors until opened up to the one knocking at the door.
YET EVEN THESE DOORS are not closed to the ALMIGHTY ALL POWERFUL AND ALL IN ALL GOD ALMIGHTY. THAT KNOWS US better then we know ourselves BECAUSE IT IS HE THAT HAS known us before we were in our mothers womb.
So we as people have become FEARFUL OF PEOPLE. WHY? because we have become a people that have come down to a place of such IMMORAL AND DEPRAVITY THAT WE HIDE OUR WRONGS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS behind Closed doors so then we think that NONE WILL know what is wrong that is going on behind the closed doors of our HOMES. People closed up in their own houses to keep others out. and all because of what they FEAR FROM THE people on the outside. when IT is God almighty that has NOT GIVEN US A SPIRIT OF FEAR. yet we MUST FEAR that which is evil and not right and good. well this should tell us all where we are in God's eyes and how far we have fallen from HIs graces and mercy and love. when we have become such that we no longer trust in people and not even able to trust our own family memebers any more because of their UNRIGHTEOUS behavior. such as STEALING FROM US TO feed their UNRIGHTEOUS HABITS of DRUGS, ALCOHOL, GAMBLEING. OR some other PERVERSION THEY MAY HAVE SUCH AS MOLESTING OF CHILDREN AND EVEN MURDER. OR EVEN GET ANGRY ENOUGH TO MURDER THOSE THAT HAS RAISED THEM. OR VISA VERSA.
MAKES me wonder what our LORD GOD MUST be thinking about this world HE HAS ALREADY CREATED AND MADE AGAIN AFTER THE FLOOD IN NOAH'S day?
WHAT is HE DOING ABOUT IT? YET I KNOW THAT the EARTH IS THE LORDS and THE FULNESS AND ALL who DWELL ON IT IN IT AND EVEN THOSE THAT DWELL ABOVE IT> YES we do have those that are at this day ABOVE THIS EARTH> THIS FOOTSTOOL OF OUR LORD THY GOD AND HAVE been LIVING ON A SPACE STATION HIGH ABOVE THIS LAND PLANET CALLED EARTH!
I have been made to remember something My husband said to me years ago when I complained about the Space exploration . THIS is what He said to me.;
"You are the believer and have so much faith in your God, You already know He flooded the earth to cleanse it once. what makes you so certain that He has not an ARK BEING PREPARED for another cleansing." well with all that is going on in today's world It gives me pause to reflect on the word of God and His WORD about I HAVE SAVED A REMNANT for the FIRE. well are there EIGHT ON THAT SPACE STATION? I think that every generatation or so sufferer mass natural disasters and disease. There is nothing divine about it. Just adaptation and results of such. But I doubt we are close to End of Times" Per Se. Maybe just greater enlightenment.

Man has a political nature and a spiritual nature. Both want supremacy.
At end time the decission will be made as to following a government or a religion.
Following the beast-government or, let's say the cross, as the spiritual mark.
