CHURCHIanity has taught the exact opposite- that there are THREE divine 'essences'...but are really only 'one'....

The Trinity dogma is WORSE than double-talk...it's triple-talk, formulated to make it so illogical that only imaginary concepts can give the illusion of sense: "divine essences, special 'natures'", psychobabbling as to why one Almighty would serve another, how one could be 'begotten'- and why one Almighty is a Nameless Ghost, never seen with God and Christ, how they are not THREE...but ARE Three...and "One" at the same time!

Trinitarians are helpless to do anything but mimic their clergy as they try- and fail- to explain it...making fools of themselves and setting the worst example for any wondering about the Bible...

If you count the Pope as what the Niceans and Western Christianity considered, the literal "Vicar", as in "Substitute", it actually is a Quartet.

The Council of Niceae was a band of selected stooges (300 out of 18-2000 or so Bishops in the empire, the problematic ArchBishop of Constantinople happening to be Arian.....) who got their sheet music from a collection of Tertullian and Iraneus and such's compositions, wasn't exactly as much of a symphony as they'd hoped either, and even Athanasius who was trying to conduct would be cast out as a heretic 100 years later for his own views on it as it was codified.

SO true! I'm just so glad our Maker USED them and their political power to PRESERVE the scriptures- even tho they twisted their words to control the massess...

Mad: No- that is what the DOGMA is saying; 3 Divine 'Persons, Essences' holding the same office of being God; so each is 1/3! "One" God, remember?

If Jesus is not the Father, that means he's not God.

Mad: You GOT it! Jesus is His SON, not his own FATHER!

That means the Trinity is false.
