In a perfect world perhaps with two or three others of the opposite sex on a beach in Mexico would be a good start.
I would suggest Tequila and tortillas as a good alternative when it comes time for communion.
I always liked by body of christ with a touch of salsa.
As far as what mumbo jumbo is muttered over you as you do it, Why not break with tradition and go with the first few sentences of your favorite novel.
