Should the Democrats admit they stole the 2020 election?
Regardless of whether they did it or not, if they can somehow prove beyond reasonable doubt that they did it, Trump won't be president now in 2024, because he was already elected twice, and no one can be elected to the office of President more than twice. It doesn't say become a sitting president. It says elected.
Tangentially related to this is the idea that if you steal an election through untrue slander, the slandered person can sue, but who cares? The question of who gets that position of power is much more important, so logically one should always slander and lie, if it will get votes.

Post #2(Barbarian checks) Turns out you're right. The 22nd Amendment says a president can be elected no more than twice.
I have no doubt that some politicians would be crooked enough to try this to salvage an election that they lost fair and square, but I don't think Harris would do that.

Post #3Democrats stole the election by massive fraud in 2020 but the American people refused to allow them to steal it again in 2024.Purple Knight wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2024 2:20 am Should the Democrats admit they stole the 2020 election?

Post #4If they did steal it, they could simply do so again. If assurances that the process is secure despite the fact that we cannot see the machinery are sufficient once, they will be sufficient forever. Maybe they think they need to let Republicans have a victory for believability's sake.
My deeper question here is that if the Democrats really did it, and can prove so, would that make Trump unable to be sworn in, since he had already been elected to the office twice?

Post #5Democrats have been committing voting fraud for decades and still commit fraud. Crooked politicos also seek to protect fraud by unjust laws because to them the party is God and must be promoted and protected at any cost, legal or illegal.Purple Knight wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2025 3:52 pmIf they did steal it, they could simply do so again.
