(2) The traditions that are celebrated are bound in ancient pagan practices (the yule log for one) and do not honor Jesus. Why mix darkness with light? (2 Corinth. 6:14-18) Jesus is the "truth" and does not appreciate being associated with pagan fantasies. (John 14:6)

We love Jesus. He is our King. We celebrate his presence every day and do not single out one day to remember him (except Nisan 14).

Sure, God could have chosen to be born a woman. God is Spirit and has no gender. Men and women are equally made in God's image. However, to be fully human God had to have be either male or female. He was male, but he didn't have to be.
