Is it possible to go to Heaven through a Wormhole.
Post #1I was speaking with my Physiscs teacher and he said on this topic that he is skeptical of the existance of a 'heaven paradise' but it is a general sceintific concern if that there is other universes outside of our own. Well in my Beliefe; Heaven is a different realm outside our universe, its not another universe but it is outside ours, sometimes it is possible for existing Ethreal matter (being matter of heaven) beings to enter into our realm....do you think this could go ahead by wormholes???????

Post #2If we could actually prove the existence of wormholes, we would actually prove the existence of other universes in which case you would be contradicting yourself by saying you are Christian but admit that other universes exist when God states He only created this one. So if others exist, then other Gods must exist to create the other universes right? Ok, getting dizzy here.Noachian wrote:I was speaking with my Physiscs teacher and he said on this topic that he is skeptical of the existance of a 'heaven paradise' but it is a general sceintific concern if that there is other universes outside of our own. The answer to you question lies within your own scripture. You can't mix religion with science and expect to find a way to heaven.

Post #3Upon what do you base this belief of yours?Noachian wrote:I was speaking with my physics teacher and he said on this topic that he is skeptical of the existence of a 'heaven paradise' but it is a general scientific concern if that there [are] other universes outside of our own. Ok Ok...good good.....thanks for the answers...just wanting anything here. Oh and my belief (canadian leaf dude) is basically Biblically Logical thinking, God doenst live on another planet or something retarded, but he lives obviously elsewhere from this univers....and God didnt say he only created this universe and what makes you think I believe everything in the Bible....I might be a Liberal Christian who think some parts of the Bible have been influenced by pagan dwellers of that area....so be carful on judging.....and I also base my Belief on the same reason scientists base their belief on blackholes...logic thinking.

Then you will have no problem accepting that there is no evidence for a global flood as described in Genesis, and that the earth is far older than the Bible claims?

Trouble is, Jesus, who apparently the world was made through, believed all these things:
Was he lying, mistaken, and just a man conditioned to believe the Torah, or the Son of God through whom the world was made and was actually in existence when the flood took place?Matthew ch24
38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Hello people this is my first post and noachian is my mate so dont you be insulting him and stuff cos i know what you evolutionists can be like, hell i used to be one so i know what your like. anyways to the point, there is some evidence for wormholes even ask stephen hawkins because he was the one who came up with the idea and i hope you know that he is one of the most respected scientists in the world.

I was under the impression that God (at least the common Christian conception of God) is omnipresent. That means that He is everywhere.Noachian wrote:Ok Ok...good good.....thanks for the answers...just wanting anything here. This is a debate forum, so please do not take it too hard if someone challenges you to support what you state as your beliefs. That is what debate is all about. Nothing personal.
You have stated that you believe that heaven is a different realm outside our universe but not another universe but it is outside ours. Logic says that means that heaven is in another universe but it is not another universe. Some scientists have hypothesized that there are multiple universes, so they may or may not exist. But as far as I know, their existence is purely hypothetical. But assuming that other universes exist, please explain how you get that heaven is a realm within some other universe from the pages of the Bible.
Then show us why you believe that there is a heaven.
I did not assume that you believe everything (or anything for that matter) in the Bible. I base my question on the same question that every scientist asks. Show me the logic.Noachian wrote:and what makes you think I believe everything in the Bible....I might be a Liberal Christian who think some parts of the Bible have been influenced by pagan dwellers of that area....so be careful on judging.....and I also base my Belief on the same reason scientists base their belief on black holes...logic thinking.

Hi Batman
So you use to be an evolutionist eh.
But you have since moved on to better things. There are several topics in this forum that tackle evolution from different perspectives. Get stuck in. But make sure anything you say can be backed up with evidence or support - because there are plenty of evolutionist like me ready to pull you up if you are being a bit sloppy with you're argument HA HA HA HA!
(Evil Laugh) So become the dark Knight of Debate and not just a guy who wears his underpants outside his tights.
Oooh! And see if you can spot any Jokers in any of the topics.

The term wormhole was coined by John Wheeler in 1957, Einstein and Rosen had already worked out some of the mathematics in 1935 - check out Wiki Stephen Hawking does Black holes.Batman wrote:Hello people this is my first post and noachian is my mate so dont you be insulting him and stuff cos i know what you evolutionists can be like, hell i used to be one so i know what your like. anyways to the point, there is some evidence for wormholes even ask stephen hawkins because he was the one who came up with the idea and i hope you know that he is one of the most respected scientists in the world.

Caligar should have cleared-up the confusion for Batman: wormholes, as understood by science, can only link regions of space-time in our universe. By definition other universes can only be conjoined at singularities and as far as I know there are no proposals on the table for wormholes being able to traverse singularities.
So if we do find a wormhole somewhere in our universe (as Einstein's equations predict we can) it will only connect us to another time/place in our own universe, not in someone else's.
