I am putting this here because it wont let me send a PM to people to say goodbye

I consider myself banned. the mods expect me to allow myself to constant ly inslkuted just I'm good at debate and I know what I'm talking about. you know those of you who have convenced yoruself that I don't know anything, you are only saying that to save face.

I hate to see you go, some where in some little part of me.
I would rather see you tone down your insults with rants about people’s logic, schooling, and reading comprehension. Many have had more schooling then I have, I did a lot of time. I still would like to hammer out some difficulties with cosmology and the historical nature of the NT. I may be one of the few that share a love for the work of Hartshorne and Whitehead but you have a way of alienating others. Maybe this is some debating skill you acquired but it seems to turn the forum into professional wrestling skits. Your education is not relevant to your arguments and is a poor appeal to authority.
I have tried to keep my insults more veiled and I a usually bouncing off some off handed comment you have made. Maybe I will visit your site. But if you stay try keeping words like stupid, illogical, and many others out of the threads, it could save you time for spell checkers. I use it and still get then wrong, but it helps others.

Maybe I'm too touchy. Maybe I take myself too seriously. They just arguments. I guess I seem them as part of me. Love me, love my arguments.

I don't think you are dumb or any of the things I said. You apparently do have some good education. We do have very different view points. that's not a bad thing.

I wasn't trying to say "I must be right because I've been to graduate school." But like I say maybe I'm too touchy and too easily offended.

I really hope you are not leaving.I greatly value your input and read as much of your posts that I can. I am extremely interested in your Doctoral thesis. Your Christian input is sorely needed here because Christians are outnumbered in arguments and I feel you have been "ganged up on" in the past, but you have defended your position very well. Your positions are important here. I would have jumped into your posts but sometimes you are way over my ability to help as far as your expertise in certain areas.I would hope you reconsider leaving. Maybe a little less volume would help meaning less new threads. I hope it is not true your not being able to send PM's, and being banned. If so I would appeal to Moderators for correction. Also I feel as though many times people you are debating don't know what you are talking about and get defensive and curt or exasperated and rude and it escalates, frustrating you.
Meta I would appeal to you to not leave. Just cut back and regroup. I have been learning from you.

Metacrock has not been banned. He has been put on probation. He has been given plenty of warnings publicly and privately in regards to his repeatedly attacking others.

Also, his PM has not been disabled. And actually, nothing in his account has been disabled.

I believe that Metacrock can give some good punches, but when some hit below the belt, it needs to be addressed. It doesn't matter how good a fighter he is. If he doesn't play by the rules, he'll get warned and then disciplined.

MetaCrock, I will not be sad to see you go in the slightest.

There are many christians on this forum who are capable of reasonable debate without the absurdities of conflict you represent.

I have been avoiding your posts like the plague, getting into them proved pointless and trivial in the beginning, so I chose to avoid additional ones.

But, I will make an exception on this one.

So good luck with your future failures.

I am sorry I did not make that clear. I said "I consider myself banned" because it seems they are talking their side and maknig me the bad guy when I was only defending myself. So how could I stick around where the admins are willing to allow me to always be the recivier of insults and not defned myself?

I really have been unable to send PM's. I dont' know why but I am not saying they did it on purpose. that's just my own ineptitude I guess.

But that's the way I was looking at it yesterday. Today I have a realization of self awareness.

I have been a jerk. I guess it's because I place most of my self worth on my academic career. That was taken away from me and I can never get the credit for it I deserve. I have had a life time of feeling inadaute and when I finally feel compitant they take that away from me. Then for ceratin people whom I know dont' know their stuff tell me I never experiencd and that I don't have no knowledge and all the hard work for years and years means nothing, then of coruse I get a little angry.

I'll let you into a secret. When originally surfing this forum I was about to move on - then found myself attending to one of your dodgy logical arguments. My brow started to furrow; and in that moment a name came to me. I guess you can say without Metacrock Furrowed Brow would not exist.
