Recently I have been through a series of events that have made me so Mad; I want to curse for the first time in years.
Just in case there is a language difference here; I mean I want to curse people for what they have done to my family and myself .
I have been a Christian for many years now, and know what is right and what is wrong to do. I know I should not do it but I have finaly reached my limit and can no longer take anymore.
I can curse; I know I can.
HAVE YOU BEEN THROUGH THIS HELP?

I feel like cursing everytime someone pulls in front of my car after I've been patiently waiting in line for 15 minutes. As a matter of fact, I feel like doing more than simply saying a few expletives.
And even in other circumstances, I feel like talking like a sailor.
Jam 3:8 But the tongue can no man tame; [it is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
In these circumstances though, I try not to allow my tongue to say what is in my mind.
Psa 34:13 Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
1Pe 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
Lord God, only you can tame our tongues. Give us discipline to keep from speaking evil. Help us by your Spirit in Jesus name. Amen.
And even in other circumstances, I feel like talking like a sailor.

Windy,
I'm not sure what would motivate you to want to curse someone, but
don't give up fighting the urge. Even if you do break down and wish ill
on someone. We all have setbacks that make us feel like we have failed, but
what distinguishes you is picking yourself up and moving on.
Focus on what you can control...maybe defusing your anger before it gets
to the boiling point.

I really wouldn't encourage you to do such a thing as you harm yourself far more than you harm others. Remain clean and do not sully yourself with filth. It is obviously very difficult not to lash out instinctively when we feel persecuted but if it is justice you require then be content in the knowledge that by returning hate with love you pile burning embers upon the heads of your enemies.

I have followed all advice and feel that I am coming out of a terrible
time . I remembered what my Mom used to tell alot of years ago..
She used to say ''Bob, render not evil for evil'' those words and the
words of you all have helped me through a 'DARK TIME'
Thankyou so much

I know exactly what you mean. I've had some problems in my life and I blamed everyone including God. I was so mad. At God and everyone around me. I felt that I had reached my limit. I basiclt gave my anger to God. I have to go finish later..

I felt the same way at first
God is always so easy to blame.... but remember we have only to be grateful to him
