Perfectly and concisely answered. I tried to ask earlier if it was the case some evidence didn't exist, or rather couldn't exist. My own reasoning is sadly similar to Apollo's in that I also think I'd keep inventing reasons instead of being open minded. I can admit it though..

Great points, well put, as usual.
My theological positions:

-God created us in His image, not the other way around.
-The Bible is redeemed by it's good parts.
-Pure monotheism, simple repentance.
-YHVH is LORD
-The real Jesus is not God, the real YHVH is not a monster.
-Eternal life is a gift from the Living God.
-Keep the Commandments, keep your salvation.
-I have accepted YHVH as my Heavenly Father, LORD and Savior.

I am inspired by Jesus to worship none but YHVH, and to serve only Him.

A refreshing, much needed perspective here. Always good to see when folks off an alternative to the "all or nothing" or "either/or" approach.

I like that attitude. And the Fatherly element is one that I neglected to mention, but certainly agree with. Good point!
