Voting: 6315 registered users and only 31 votes?

As the title states, as of this posting there are 6315 registered users and so far, the most people to vote in any of the 2010 award categories are 31. I understand that the "registered users" are the total number of people who have registered since this forum's inception, and that there are many who have come and gone, but there is still a massive imbalance between active members who are interested enough to vote and those who aren't.

I wonder why there is such a lack of interest?
Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.

I assume it is due to disappointment that I was not nominated. 8-)

Lol, perhaps. I can't use that explanation, as the only thing I could ever possibly be nominated for would be, "Most Insufferable Fundie." ;)

Too bad. That category almost always ends in a tie. ;)

Nah, what happens is that the one who would win gets banned instead.
