This is a slightly old piece of news, but because it involves what I see as blatant fraud that has not been brought up here yet (as far as I can tell), I'm asking you what you think.

Watch the nurse as she "helps" her patient communicate.

Click HERE (You'll probably have to put up with a 30 second commercial.)

Who's doing what?

I think it's purposeful deceit.

Not sure where the fraud is. The nurse and guy in the chair look like they have been asked to do something for the camera. It might have been rehearsed but that is the way the news gets put together.

I call it fraud because it's "deception, trickery, or humbug" (one of the definitions of the word). The guy's finger was quickly tapping on keys his eyes were not even looking at. And if it was a nothing but a demonstration of what took place, this was not mentioned, nor did the demonstration fairly depicted what actually happens. Not even a good typist could not look at a keyboard and holding their hand several inches above it go right to the desired key. If one is incapable of showing what actually happens then it's stupid to pretend that what IS shown is what was done. It amounts to willful deception: fraud

I dont think it's 'purposeful' deceit. People who use ouijii boards often are not aware that they are providing the answers themselves. while it is a potential of purposeful deceit, it also could be a case of self deceit.
“What do you think science is? There is nothing magical about science. It is simply a systematic way for carefully and thoroughly observing nature and using consistent logic to evaluate results. So which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Do you disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?

Then it was a mass self-deceit. There were a lot of people there that evidently thought her manipulation was just fine as well.
