why is it bad?

For those who may not be sure as to just what it is, here is a definition from Merriam-Webster.

  • 1 : the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or writing) intended to cause sexual excitement

2 : material (as books or a photograph) that depicts erotic behavior and is intended to cause sexual excitement

In your case that may well be true, but in fact people pay for all manner of things. That you would equate this as indicative of respect exemplifies something more than a little disgusting and corrosive. I'm left to wonder if you have a sister or daughter ...
I'm obviously not going to use his family as an example, but if "someone's" daughter or sister is in pornography, I fail to see what is so bad about that?
I suspect that's true.

You suspect what is true?
Isn’t this enough? Just this world?
Just this beautiful, complex, wonderfully unfathomable natural world?
How does it so fail to hold our attention
That we have to diminish it with the invention
Of cheap, man-made Myths and Monsters?

Puhlease. Pornography does nothing for you? You need to see a shrink to explain to you why you lie, lie, lie.

thanks for the needless insult, but I have a naurodevelopmental disorder that, among other things, affects my sex drive. Porn is a turn-off for me. It is just vulgar and uninteresting as far as I am concerned.
We do not hate others because of the flaws in their souls, we hate them because of the flaws in our own.
