The forum now seems to be operational. But, I had to get quite aggressive in blocking IPs. And I probably blocked out some non-hacker IPs. So, it might appear that the site is down, but it's really up.

You can check if the site is up by going here:

Or here is a shortened version:

If it says the site is up, but you can't access it, I'll need to unblock your IP. Go to another computer with a different IP and fill out a request in Registration and Login and I'll unblock your IP. You can determine your IP at:
http://whatismyip.com/

I was having trouble logging on...change my IP and all works fine now.
