Hello to A/all,
my name is dismissed and i consider myself to be an absolute slave to my earthly Master, Sir Geoffrey. W/we believe that God the almighty ordains this type of relationship in the Bible.
i am trying to find all the information i can to further my service to Sir Geoffrey as His absolute slave and wife. W/we are both born again Christians and W/we totally believe that i am without question supposed to entirely submit to my earthly Master and Husband in anyway that He would like so long as it does not conflict with the word of God. W/we are a 24/7 married 100% monogomous couple.
W/we are looking for the views of other like minded male dominated, Bible believing Christians. Are their O/others on this forum who believe as W/we do???
i have been struggling on the Internet because all i can find is secular discussion groups.
any discussion through this group would be greatly appreciated.
respectfully,

Ephesians 5:21-33
21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.
31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Post #3Thank you, i have hung on this verse (Ephesians 5:21-33) since the beginning of getting to know my now Husband, Sir Geoffrey, this verse made me well aware of what our Lord would expect of me in relationship with Him (God) as well as my Husband. i needed to submit to Our Lord long before i could even begin to submit to my Husband.
As i'm sure you may be able to tell from my original post, i am considered a slave to Sir Geoffrey as well as being His wife. So i also hang on the following verse in Epesians when i struggle with "absolute" submission.
NASB -Ephesians 6:5-9
5 Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ; 6 not by of eyeservice as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart. 7 With good will render service, as to the Lord, and not to men, 8 knowing that whatever good thing each one does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether slave or free. 9 And, masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him.
Hannahjoy, if you are reading this are you married with the same type of marriage that Sir Geoffrey and i have???? If you are, would you let me know so that i may communicate privately with you. i feel very alone at the moment, not accepted by the world because of being a born again Christian in this lifestyle and yet most Christians would not get the level of submission that is expected in O/our marriage either.

I'm not married, nor am I under the illusion that Biblical submission is easy.
Where in the Bible do you find that a wife is to be the slave or property of her husband?
I trust you're enjoying your little charade.

i will let my own words be few, while still responding to the following:
"I trust you're enjoying your little charade. "
Is this a debate? Or is it a conclusion? made on your part. Or could it perhaps be a judgement? made without...first....examining all facts involved?
When you have the time read your Bible from cover to cover and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the true meaning of what Biblical and not worldly submission is,,,,,you may find that. It is an inward act of the heart and is absolute; not an outward act for show to others.
Luke 6:37
[Judging Others] “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Main Entry: 2debate
Function: verb
Inflected Form(s): de·bat·ed; de·bat·ing
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French debatre, from Old French, from de- + batre to beat, from Latin battuere
intransitive senses
1 obsolete : FIGHT, CONTEND
>>>>>>>2 a : to contend in words *********b : to discuss a question by considering opposed arguments
3 : to participate in a debate
i wish you the best in your hopefully one day, open minded, quest for knowledge.

I'm not sure why you posted the definition of "debate". Do you want to debate? You didn't say so - if you do, you could probably get a moderator to move this thread to the Debate subforum.
As I don't have all the facts, I have to go by the facts I do have. Your posts raised some red flags, which I thought would be unwise to ignore. If everything you said is true, then I apologize.
I would be more likely to believe it if you could tell me where in the Bible you find that a wife is the slave or property of her husband. I have read it from cover to cover, more than once. While I have seen many verses teaching the wife's responsibility to submit, I'm not aware of any that say she is to be the slave or property of her husband. Can you please point them out?

For clarification, if you wish to debate an idea or concept related to this introduction please feel free to begin a thread in the debate sub-forum with a clearly defined question for debate. As it stands now this thread is properly placed as a discussion.

Hi. Is this for real?
Please explain to me what being a "slave" to your husband has anything to do with submitting to him. It can be construed that being a "slave" is not a voluntary position; Perhaps a definition will help:
Slave: One bound in servitude as the property of a person or household.
Whatever floats your boat, but I think some might take offense at the term "slave". Perhaps servant would be a better word to use in the future.
Also, why the title "Sir"? Is your husband nobility? And capitalization of "Him" and "His" is usually reserved for God...
While I condone a traditional submissive relationship - please keep in mind that in the eyes of God, you are equal.
Anyway, welcome to the boards.
