What's up my peoples.

Hey everybody. I'm sort of new to this site. I've been talking with my husband(upallnite) about his participation in these debates since he first came across this site. I hope I can have as much fun as he has had so far. As far as my beliefs, I consider myself to be pantheist. I also have pretty laid back opinions about other peoples beliefs and tend to be open minded about most everything. I've been that way ever since I can remember, even though I played the part of a good little christian girl to make my parents happy when I was young. But please don't take this statement as a sign of weakness. I am laid back until someone tries to push their beliefs on me and tell me I'm a bad person, then I lash out. I think we can all act like adults though.

Welcome, open mind. You have made me want to suggest to my husband that he join this site. Unfortunately (I think) he is far too humble and insists that his opinions are 'shyte' and that he has nothing intelligent to say. I disagree. He is far more clever than he gives himself credit for. Hey, he has come from a Christan background, been a Sunday School (in England, an optional school on a Sunday for Christian children) teacher, a Church band member and all round good Christian to a proponent of the 'hey...this makes no sense whtatsoever. I choose to disassciate myself from it' school of thought. I'm proud of him.
