If it says you are blocked or permanently banned when you try to login to the forum, it's most likely your IP that is getting blocked, not your login. It'll say "A ban has been issued on your IP address" when you try to login.
Due to many spam bots accessing the forum and putting too much load on the server, the forum now actively monitors IP addresses and bans them for excessive hits (anyone accessing the forum multiple times per second using different sessions).
If your IP has been banned, request for your IP to be whitelisted by either sending me a PM from another IP or by sending a message to the Unban my IP WhatsApp group. Give me a few hours to respond and I'll then whitelist your IP.
An easy way to check your IP address is at https://www.whatismyip.com.
It could be possible your account has been actually banned, check the probation subforum to see if you have been officially banned. Usually you'll already know beforehand since you've been given plenty of warnings prior to being kicked off the forum.
