Question for Debate: Are people morally responsible for things they do which are legal? Is punishing them righteous?
This hundred-year-old woman was successfully brought to justice for her complicity during the Holocaust. She was a typist.
This CEO who sacrificed lives by delaying and denying care so he could profit was just assassinated.
Are these justifiable actions? Do people have a right to know what they'll be punished for before they do it? Can a government be so darn corrupt that their gold stamp of innocent no longer means anything? What is moral to do, when a corrupt government denies justice?

Re: Moral Responsibility
