Faith is a gift from God

We know “Gods grace”, or “Gods favor” is a gift, but what about faith?

Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Faith is laid out in James 2. "Faith" is an action. Your quotes are from the false prophet Paul, who is the son of the dragon/devil/serpent, and whose message is the same as that of the serpent (Genesis 3:4). As for John 3:27, that is a quote about John the Baptist, "who is of the earth" (John 3:31), and he is not talking about "faith", but baptism.

If you don’t believe Paul then you won’t believe the Lord who sent him.

It is also said faith comes by hearing the word of God. So, if faith is a gift, it is given by making the word available.

So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Yes but hearing comes from being regenerated, men naturally from a spiritual hearing perspective, cant hear and understand spiritually. Faith requires spiritual hearing. Jn 8:43,47

43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

Jesus isnt saying they cant hear His Word naturally with the physical ear, but they cant hear and receive it Spiritually.

47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Jesus then tells us who it is that hears the word of God Spiritually, them who are of God, meaning born of God, then and only then is Faith generated, so its a Gift, a Spiritual Gift.

Why? It think it is true, the word is available, but people can reject it, and then it is not useful for them.

It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.
