Debating Christianity will hold a casual chat for its members this Saturday, 18th December at 10pm EST. All are welcome to attend, and we hope it will be a fun night!

So, is this going to be held via the forums, or via IRC, or by what means?
Gilt and Vetinari shared a look. It said: While I loathe you and all of your personal philosophy to a depth unplummable by any line, I will credit you at least with not being Crispin Horsefry [The big loud idiot in the room].

otseng has a neat little app that can be located here: http://www.debatingchristianity.com/chat/

There doesn't appear to be a need to actually register, so go ahead and logon as a guest if you wish.

Thanks to all who participated in our first ever DC&R chat. I thought it went pretty well. I was quite impressed with Corvus reciting Hail Mary for us. And it was also interesting looking at the artwork that fellow members enjoy.

Some commented that they don't like to use a refresh-based chat, so next time we might use something else.

Oh it was, GREAT FUN! Thank you Otseng! Yes, let's try an IRC next. For those that couldn't make it, we missed you! One thing that I really enjoyed was that we were not there to debate, it had a Saturday Social atmosphere, let's get to know each other better aside our dogmatic differences. I must say, as represented by last nights chat we have some very interesting and cool people around here! Thanks for the fun guys!

Sssh, don't let everyone hear, or my reputation may be ruined! Then again, as all Christians should know, even the devil can quote scripture. ;)

Actually, after a little while I got used to the constant screen refresh and the annoying clicking sound my speaker made every time it happened. In fact, I didn't even notice it was refreshing at all.
