The Reformists dabbled with Sola Scriptura in reaction to the abuses of despotic Popery in Catholicism, but because of their blindness of heart and lack of spiritual rebirth they in fact continued in false traditions. This falsehood is seen in their use of the word "We."
In every written work and syllogism produced by historic and modern Reformists, especially that of Calvinists, their reasoning and conclusions invariably use the "We/Our" pronouns to specify their own consensus and traditions from the sixteenth century. Just read the books they produce. Yes, they do dissect and reassemble the Scripture Text, but they employ their own designs, not those of God.
In effect they will say, "We have produced such a volume of work upon TULIP, nothing stated today can compare to the sheer size of our consensus. Bow and accede in agreement." This is not of God, it is of human endeavor and pride.
Actually, what they try to say is, "Bow and accede to God, because we represent God."
