Why isn't there a "Former atheist" group?

Just I thought I've had. Every religious group is covered. Every non-religious or un-religious group is covered. And then we have the "Former Christian" group. However, I at least fit into a former atheist group. I know of a couple others. I know most Christians were born and raised as such, but there is a group out there who rejected before they accepted.
It is a first class human tragedy that people of the earth who claim to believe in the message of Jesus, whom they describe as the Prince of Peace, show little of that belief in actual practice.

Did someone have to teach you that it is wrong to lie, steal or murder? Where do you think that knowledge came from?
I have touched on that topic in A question for christians, but really this merits its own debate. Would you like to start?

Just go to the relevant forum (I would suggest Right And Wrong) And click the "new Topic" button under the forum title.

Read the Tips on starting a debate topic for guidance on how you should start. :D

[edit: closed parenthesis and fixed a typo]
One should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything.

Of course, if you are an atheist, you also reject christian doctrine. I don't believe that there is an inherent knowledge of God. I also don't believe that there is an inherent disbelief in God. We are born agnostics.

My parents taught me the difference between right, wrong, and stealing, and murder. The consequences of many of those is to end up in jail. Simple self defense.
