I have two questions.
1) How many doctrines are there ? Like the total exact amount. Down below I'll attempt to write the exact amount of doctrines.
2 ) How many doctrines at minimum do we have to believe and\or obey to at least be saved, even if just barely ?
Possible Doctrines: I'll add to this list periodically.
Doctrine # 1 Believe in God Hebrews 11:6.
Doctrine # 2 Don't disbelieve after you believed, 2 Timothy 2:12.
Doctrine # 3 Don't believe in other gods, Exodus 20: 3-5.
Doctrine # 4 Believe that Jesus is the son of God, Matthew 16:13-20.
Doctrine # 5 Don't sin, John 8:11.
Doctrine # 6 If you sin then be ashamed James 4:9, 2 Corinthians 7:10.
Doctrine # 7 Then confess your sin to God, 1 John 1:9.
Doctrine #8 Believe that the Bible is true, John 17:17.

Re: How many doctrines should a church have and why?
Post #2There are basic teachings and deeper teachings (Heb. 5:12-14; 6:1-3).
Among the basic ones: who Jehovah is, who Jesus is, how we should regard the Bible, what hope there is for humanity, including the millions of dead people of the past. We worship the God of Jesus because he promises that all evil will be erased from the planet and will be forgotten in a future where even if we have died, we hope to live again.
Other teachings are the condition of the dead; but that teaching is deduced from the hope of resurrection. Also, the reason why sickness, suffering and death exist, and how they will be eliminated from the earth. Another: what future awaits the planet, but that also is deduced from God's purpose for humans and our natural habitat.
If you are not trying to invent a "church," the teachings that every Christian must learn are those taught by Jesus and his first followers, and which are recorded in the Bible. I don't think anyone has counted them off as a list. For every different question you might ask yourself, there is a potential new teaching you might discover in Scripture.

Re: How many doctrines should a church have and why?
Post #4A christian meant originally a disciple of Jesus. And a disciples of Jesus is a person who remains in word of Jesus. Therefore my answer to your question is, one, the words of Jesus.
Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, “If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
John 8:31-32
…The disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
Acts 11:26
