Re: John 5:29-resurrection
Post #3Romans 6:7--One is aquitted from sin at death)-- They have paid the wages of sin at death. During the resurrection all resurrected get the opportunity to learn and apply Gods will during the 1000 year reign of Christ, there wont be any satan influences he will be abyssed, the reason he gets loosed for a little while is to test the resurrected ones to see if they remain faithful. Those faithful ones get their names written in Gods book of life. But Rev 20: 8 calls the unfaithful Gog from magog and says they number as the sands of the sea( many)-they will be destroyed.

Post #4Sorry, I don't think Romans 6:7 is speaking of the physical death. I think it is speaking about how people have died to sin.
May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?

Romans 6:2
The wages sin pays is death, at death sin is absolved totally. The resurrection is for an opportunity for those who have paid there wages. Many never even heard of Jesus that have died. God is fair, just and loving.

Post #6Both the righteous and unrighteous dead will be resurrected and will be given immortality. Those who are still alive when Jesus comes will be changed from being mortal to immortal. All will stand before the judgement seat of Christ. The righteous will have had their sins washed away. The only thing left to give an account for will be their righteous deeds. Those who never obeyed the gospel will give an account for every sin they ever committed. It’ll be a sad day for so many. The righteous will inherit eternal life. The unrighteous eternal death, separation from God and torment in the Lake of Fire.
”For unless you believe that I am, you will die in your sins.” (John 8:24

Not one gets everlasting life until the final test is passed, except the little flock. Though ones name is written in Gods book of life( in pencil per-se) until its written in ink here- Rev 20:12-- these remain faithful once satan is released for a little while.
