How does it work?

How do we make disciples of men?

How do we carry out our calling?

What IS our calling exactly?

Matthew 28:19-20

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you

Let's unpack that last part.

The context in which I said the words "blah blah blah" was explained when I said the 2 greatest commandments is all I really understand. I acknowledge the divine inspiration of all scripture and I am quite familiar with most of it. But the main point of Jesus teaching is pretty clear. As far as instruction goes, I do not need to be micromanaged. I have perfect faith in Jesus to lead and guide me into everything I need to do, think, believe etc...I personally do not find it edifying to micromanage people by demanding people do this and that through the splitting of hairs of words. It really isn't rocket science. I don't have a need to complicate it. That being said, I will not explain myself further on this matter. You follow your own conscience and I will follow mine. Thank you.
