God's Copulation With Mary

Post by Yozavan »

Question 1: Would Christians still be worshipping the sons of Greco-Roman gods, had not the New Testament provided them with a different son to worship? Whether God impregnated Mary to satisfy Christians' urge for a son to worship, Replacement Theology, or impregnated Mary to satisfy his urge for a son, Sire Theology, I dare not presume.

Question 2: Why did God sexually impregnate Mary's uterus? This assumes God assigned a sex to the fetus during impregnation.

Holy Scripture: Luke 1:35 " The spirit of God will come upon you, and the power of the highest will overshadow you, therefore the holy child will be called the son of God. " Fascinating!

Question 3: What was Mary's position as God assumed his? Was Mary prone or kneeling? The grammar seems to imply she was prone! I think we can safely assume she wasn't upside down.

Question 4: Was Mary's faith a stimulant in divine copulation? Would the power have overshadowed her without faith? Did her faith evoke the sacred union? Song of Solomon 4:7 " You are beautiful, My love ..." Was there any Song of Solomon stimulation going on?

Question 5: What distinguishes Mary and God's sacred union from the sacred union of the Greco-Roman gods with their women? Sacred is sacred!

Question 6: Why must the offspring of Mary and God, be less fictional than the offspring of the Greco-Roman gods with their women? If its ridiculous for the latter, it is ridiculous for the former.

Question 7: Why do you consider the union of the Greco-Roman gods with their women as dirty ( abominable ), but the union of God with Mary as clean ( holy )?

Question 8: What assurances did Joseph have that Mary's other children were his alone, and not God's? " Jealousy is a rage in man that will seek vengeance! " Proverbs 6:4

Question 9: Would it have been sin if Mary sought God for a reunion? If she desired the power to overshadow her yet again!

Question 10: Is it possible that the entire book of Song of Solomon is about God and Mary?

I'll only respond to posts that answer all 10 questions. I won't respond to posts that just say I'm wrong.

Either the Gospel works as advertised, or is fraudulent hocus-pocus!

Either Jesus is a real person who saves those who come to Him, or Christians are in bondage to legions of opposing theological factions, whereby the cross of Christ has no effect!!! 1 Corinthians 1:17,18

Is Christianity not proven false by its own claims? :(

I'll only respond to posts that answer all 10 questions. I won't respond to posts that just say I'm wrong.

Question 1: It is happily true, that Christ liberated numerous heathen from the twisted Greco-Roman religions! Your implication, that the New Testament sought to resemble the religions it sought to obliterate, is absurd. A clever copy of those religions would hardly be its graveyard! The riddle, which you dared not to presume, It was definitely Sire Theology; through His Son, we can all become sons: " ye are all children of God by faith in Christ Jesus," Galatians 3:26.

Question 2: God didn't inseminate Mary. No semen was transfered. The incarnation is beyond the natural process of insemination. If semen was all that was necessary, Joseph could have provided it. God sought to do something altogether different. There's nothing in nature to compare the immaculate ( flawless ) conception to. Its a divine mystery.

Question 3: Mary's position during the immaculate conception is unknown, certainly to me. It seems it happened on her way to visit Elizabeth, Luke 1:39-45.

Question 4: Mary definitely exhibited faith in the angel's announcement, Luke 1:38, however her faith wasn't required. Zacharias had no faith in the angel's announcement, yet received his son anyway, Luke 1:18-21.

Question 5: What distinguishes the immaculate conception from the heathen stories, is the purpose: "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners," 1 Timothy 1:15. The heathen stories were about power, lust, greed, and betrayal, they certainly were not sacred qualities according to the Bible.

Question 6: The heathen ones are forgotten and no longer worshipped. Scarcely will you meet someone who even knows their names! This certainly exposes them for being fiction.

Question 7: I consider the heathen sex stories to be repulsive. Gods having sex with women to produce warriors, tricksters, hedonists, and the like. The immaculate conception brought forth our Savior and His offer of salvation.

Question 8: The angel made it clear, as well as Isaiah's prophecy in the narrative, that Jesus would be the one and only fulfillment of God's salvational purposes with Mary's holy conception. Her other children after Jesus's birth, would be by natural processes, Matthew 1:18-25.

Question 9: Yes, it would have been sin. It would have suggested that either Mary didn't view Jesus as Gods's son, or that she wanted God to go against His will and produce other sons by immaculate conception.

Question 10: No. The book is clearly about Solomon and his Shulamite wife. If the Shulamite represents Mary or the Church, then who do Solomon's many other wives represent? Song of Solomon 6:8
