If Christ is not risen

Do you aree?

And do you agree that Jesus Christ was risen from the dead?

And if you believe He has was risen from the dead, where is He now?

And how is that supposed to make a difference in people's lives if He was?

“And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty. Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God, because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ, whom He did not raise up; if in fact the dead do not rise. For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen. And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins! Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable.
     -1 Corinthians 15:14-19 (NKJV)

Please share your thoughts on these questions and also on the statement from Paul.

You seem to be reverting to those patterns again.

Be careful. You will be called on them, and refusing to address those issues will no longer be tolerated.
Stick it in your ear, CNorman.

Try this on for size.

So you find it easier to posture as one unjustly and unfairly harassed, throw around some unfounded and indefensible accusations, then strut out in high dudgeon (read: quit and run away) than to deal with on-point and accurate criticisms of your tactics.

Imagine my surprise.

LOL. This is funny. Easyrider ripped off info I gave him about messiah son of joseph...and now he's an expert on Judaism. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

What the frick is at stake here?

If Jesus was resurrectedly here on this board, I doubt. I doubt he would be very interested in his very own evidentiary Scopes trial.

Imagine Jesus's take on 2000 years of argument on the evidence. Kids in Darfur are being slaughtered, and people are playing Chris Hitchens v. Billy Graham.

The resurrection of Jesus doesn't need defense or evidence. As Kinky Friedman's song goes "They Ain't Making Jews Like Jesus Anymore"....if everybody knows your name and your picture's all over the globe, you dun resurrected....even without all the drama Michael Jackson had to go through.

You don't need a doctrine, a proof text, or a corpus or a really sentimental thought (Jesus is risen in my heart...gag)....the dude made an impact like a asteroid slamming the planet and killing off the dinosaurs....to the point that a conservative Jew like Amy-Jill Levine can make a whole career for herself out of being a Jewish Professor of New Testament at Vanderbilt. LOL.
