Question: What are the implications if the court rules in favor of gay marriage? What are the implications if the court rules against gay marriage? Will the issue finally be settled after the ruling, or will the battle continue on after?

I posted some of the judges findings in Post 57. You can decide for yourself of course, but they do show a level of bias in my opinion. They may not show enough to warrant the judge removing himself (I could be persuaded of this), but the remarks are there to read. So far from my reading of this thread, I've seen no evidence to suggest that said judge was in any way biased. Being a homosexual does not automatically mean that you necessitate the right to marry.
