G'day MaxPower.
Firstly, I'll substitute the word 'God' for ALL THAT IS, for if 'God' is omnipresent, then 'God' is within ALL.
So, ALL THAT IS had a problem, it couldn't experience itself without a contextual field, for in the absence of cold there is not hot. A relationship is required to have a perspective of recognition. For instance, if you are ALL THAT IS and are black, then you do not recognise black as it is ALL THAT IS and there is no white to differentiate black as being something other than ALL THAT IS.
Thus the problem of ALL THAT IS could be explained as the difference of knowing and experiencing. ALL THAT IS could know itself but not experience itself because there was nothing separate from ALL THAT IS. So ALL THAT IS went within itself and differentiated aspects of itself to give a contextual field whereby it could experience itself. This is the forming of the triune aspect of creation.
The triune aspect can be explained throughout life; mind, body, soul; past, present, future; here, there, that which surrounds here and there; id, ego, super-ego; thought, word, action; etc, etc.
The purpose of life for ALL THAT IS then is to experience itself through the many individuated aspects of itself.
That's one explanation anyway.

That is quite interesting. I'm not saying it's true, it's just nice to wrap your head around this. Just as a side note, omnipresence is a lie, in case you're referring to the Christian God. You can't replace the Christian God with ALL THAT IS.I AM ALL I AM wrote:G'day MaxPower.

To me, the christian 'God' is a fallacy, with the texts being usurped from older mythologies in an attempt to control peoples thoughts about Who They Are. Therefore, the idea of omnipresence is not related to any belief in the christian 'God'.
You can freely use LIFE instead of ALL THAT IS. I simply use ALL THAT IS because it is descriptive of the concept, although LIFE has a similar descriptive capacity to it.
It makes sense to me as an explanation because it is observable.
We are within LIFE. It obviously surrounds us.
There is a connection of all LIFE through vibration. When we get down to the smallest known particles, all of them vibrate. Light is a form of vibration that is observable outside of our physicality, as well as being known to be inside of our physicality. The air that we breathe is also another connection that is both inside and outside of our physicality.
The whole premise is based upon the ONENESS of all LIFE, which is why I utilise the term ALL THAT IS.
I came up with the following based upon 5 words ...
What is TRUTH ? . . . .THAT THE ONENESS IS ALL !!!
What is JOY ? . . . . . .ALL THAT THE ONENESS IS !!!
What is LOVE ? . . . . .THE ONENESS THAT IS ALL !!!
What is LIFE ? . . . . . ALL THAT IS THE ONENESS !!!
WHO AM I ? . . . . . . .THE ONENESS THAT ALL IS !!!
If you think of LOVE as energy in motion, or emotion, instead of eros, it makes more sense. LIFE can then be an acronym: Love In Form Evolving.
The whole premise also includes the idea of evolution. Although this starts going into the DNA strand, which incidentally I have seen shown as being the base of the 22 glyphs of the Hebrew language, along with numerology, geometry and sound.
Anyway, maybe this might be something for another thread.
