Hey all!
New guy here. Hello! I have a question regarding my avatar. I cannot for the life of me find one I like, from downloaded Internet pics or thumbnails, that is anywhere near as small as the maximum 100 X 100 pixels allowed here.
So is there a way to format a pic I like to fit this crazy-small requirement? Thanks.

I did a quick google search and found this:
Photosize.com
I haven't tried it myself, but it looks like it should work.
I use Paint.net to resize pictures. That's a free program that I downloaded and installed on my computer.
By the way, if you want to end up with an Avatar 100 x 100 it's best to start with a square picture to begin with.

If you have Windows there is a Paint program built in. It is good for cropping and resizing and simple manipulations.

Re: Avatar??
Post #6I've wasted an hour messing about trying to upload a photo. On no other site have I ever encountered such a problem over something so simple? Why must the avatar be so specific in size? I do not have the skills.
