Faith comes by hearing, but where does hearing come from?

Here is a clue….

Proverbs 20:12
The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them.

God made all things BY His Word

John 1:3
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

So with that knowledge we now know where the hearing ear comes from.

Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Peace and God bless

But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.
God foreknown everything;
Matthew 13:17
For truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.(ESV)
God can know everything but He can choose not to know.

What if He chose to know everything? It would mean that before the creation of the angels and humans God exercised His power of foreknowledge to to forsee all that would result from such creation, including the rebellion of Satan and then Adam & Eve, and all the bad consequences of this rebellion down to our present day. This would mean that all the wickedness that history has recorded ---crime, immorality, hypocrisy, suffering, false worship, etc.---once existed in the mind of God before He created anything. If our Creator had indeed exercised His power to foreknow all that history has seen since man's creation, then the full weight of all the wickedness thereafter was deliberately set in motion by God when He spoke the words: "Let us make man." Is it reasonable to accept this as fact? What about His attributes including love and mercy? How can they mean anything if He deliberately set in motion everything that He knew would happen?

Some say that to not know everything means that God isn't perfect. But God's almightiness is perfect and is infinite, yet His perfection in strength does not mean that He should use His power to the full extent of His ability to foreknow in any case. It is not a question of ability to foreknow and set in motion for "with God all things are possible," (Matt.19:26) but what does he see fit to foresee and foreknow?
