To go to space?
With yet another successful launch of Space X this past weekend, talk prior to the launch, in part, consisted on the cost of private individuals to go to space in the future. One person indicated $35/night on the moon and $500K for a leisurely trip.
Assuming it become 'more available to the average 'Joe'', how much would you pay to go in to orbit for, say, two days?
Or would no amount of money get you there?
Why or why not?
How much would you pay?

Re: How much would you pay?
Post #3For sure there are dangers in space travel. There's dangers in driving down the street. Eating processed foods. Watching too much TV. Blah blah blah....life's full of dangers, some greater than others. Some like to free climb. I don't even like ladders. To each their own. But it does need to be said, I think, today's space travel is safer than when the space shuttle was scootin' around.
They say a fool and their money are soon parted. Maybe this is more apt here than not?

Have a great, potentially godless, day!
