The evidence for the following can be found in the Watchtower magazines in their libraries.
Between 1967 and 1980, Witnesses could face disfellowship for violating the “unique” belief that organ transplants were forbidden by Jehovah as a form of cannibalism. See (Organ Transplants.)
Between 1972 and 1978, married couples could be disfellowshipped for violating the Governing Body’s beliefs about what sort of contact was improper between husband and wife in the marriage bed. (See Marriage.)
The Jehovah’s Witnesses have elevated their organization above the Bible. The claim in the Watchtower, December 1, 1981, page 27, “That Jehovah God has also provided his visible organization … and unless we are in touch with this channel of communication that God is using, we will not progress along the road to life, no matter how much Bible reading we do.”
Is that a put-down of the Bible or what? Then they adopted the following. “From among the ranks of Jehovah’s people – haughty ones --- say that it is sufficient to read the Bible exclusively, either alone or in small groups at home. But, strangely, through such “Bible reading,” they have reverted right back to the apostate doctrines that commentaries by Christendom’s clergy were teaching 100 years ago. The Watchtower, August 15, 1981, pages 28-29.
The fallacy of the Witnesses approach is revealed by the constant need to replace Watchtower literature with what they call, “Correct” material containing “new light.” (See New Light.)
What is true today becomes obsolete tomorrow. Books twenty-five and thirty years old are no longer used, and those from the late 1800s and early 1900s are viewed as containing so many errors that they have been removed from Kingdom Hall libraries, and new members are cautioned against reading them.

How can you denigrate the Jehovah's Witnesses when you don't know all about them as you claim? Why cast aspersions about them when you post spurious things about them? I encourage everyone to find out for yourselves. You can go to the source: www.jw.org to find out what they believe.

Post #4I have addressed these things before. What I'm saying is, go to the website and see what we believe about doctrines and principles, etc. Why not look at the positive things rather than what you consider to be negative? www.jw.orgDifflugia wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 11:04 amOK, I accept:

Post #5Then you should be able to provide us with one or more links. The site search is pretty good and I couldn't find anything, but maybe you can remember some key words from your arguments.

Post #6It is an unfortunate fact that I don't know how to send links. That's why I direct people to the site and tell them to put their topic in the search bar. I don't remember my arguments. I hoped that people would have followed my posts up to now and could remember the discussions.Difflugia wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 11:13 pmThen you should be able to provide us with one or more links. I said that it would be better to think of positive things rather than continually trying to foment hatred and doubt, esp. when there is nothing to hate. JWs have been chastised for things they're not even guilty of. There is no man behind the curtain.

For example, if I want to create a link to my post #3 above, I right click on "Post #3" and "Copy link." I then paste it after the "[url=" and then add the close bracket. The final looks like this:

In the final post, it looks like this:

Do you really what to know what the Jehovah's Witnesses think of the Christian community, both Catholic and Protestant? Here's the question: "Is hate the religion of the Jehovah’s Witnesses?"
Most of the following comes from their Watchtower magazine. They denounce all denominations and Christendom itself in the name of witnessing for Jehovah-God. The Witnesses condemned Christianity for being responsible in part for causing World Wars 1 and 2.
They have also claimed that Christendom only pretends to be interested in the poor. In one of their Watchtower articles, they wrote, “Oh wicked Christendom, why have you forsaken God’s clean worship? Why have you joined forces and become part of Satan’s wicked organization that oppresses the people? Why have you failed to show concern for the poor as Jehovah commands? This was a paraphrase of Isaiah 58:6-7.
They believe they are the only charitable ones concerning the poor. They wrote in an article, “Yes, Jehovah the Almighty hears the cries of the half-dead ones, and hearing, he answers their prayers and sends his ‘Good Samaritans’ to the rescue, even the Witnesses who are despised by Christendom.”
Talk about self-righteousness, they honestly believe themselves to be Jehovah’s chief instruments for tending the needs of the poor. Of course, they have never put forward any evidence of this.
Linguistic trickery and unflinching boldness. In their articles, they have referred to the Christian community as “Haters of God,” “That we belong to the devil,” "That we would have all Jehovah’s Witnesses sentenced to jail or a concentration camp if we could. We are in their eyes “loathsome, odious, filthy, and detestable.” We are fit for destruction because we blaspheme God’s name. They compare the Christian community to the Moabites, who persecuted the Jews. And that we oppose Jehovah with hatred not born of righteousness.
The Witnesses claim we Christian's dishonor God, misrepresent his word, by exalting His Son over him, and hating and persecuting His Witnesses. We fail to care for the poor and needy, and reject the truth of God's theocratic organization, represented by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. They brand us as, ‘enemies of God.” And there is so much more.
This is what they are taught, and what they truly believe.
