Why isn’t God helping people

Where is God hiding? It seems that God does not care how many or how dies from coronavirus. It seems the religious gatherings spread the virus. Pray does nothing to stop the spread or cure anyone. It seems that God is picking on Christians to infect at the highest rate.
So, where is GOD???
Of course, God could be dead or dying. Look at all the other gods that have died. Gods are created by humans and humans can therefore kill gods.

You are saying this time that your god does not pay attention to prays.

God pays attention to some prayers but not all prayers. Biblically speaking God ignores the prayers of the wicked. While God listens to sincere prayers of those with hearts rightly inclined to Him, he isn't obliged to anwer all requests positively. Like any good parent the anwer as is often said, may be "yes", "no" or..."later".

SHOULD CHRISTIANS EXPECT TO BE MIRACULOUSLY IMMUNE TO SICKNESS DISEASE OR DEATH?
Donray wrote:From what I know, it seems that the percent of Christians dying is higher then atheists. I think that older people in senior living and nursing home are mostly Christian and those are the ones dying the most. And I think most atheists are younger.

Being a Christian is no guarantee to being protected from sickness or death.

Christians shouldn't serve God for selfish reasons, or only for what we can get out of Him nor should they expect miraculous protection from sickness disease or death in this system of things.
ECCLESIATES 9:11 - Good News Translation

...in this world fast runners do not always win the races, and the brave do not always win the battles. The wise do not always earn a living, intelligent people do not always get rich, and capable people do not always rise to high positions. Bad luck happens to everyone.
Christians are like anyone else when it comes to our physical health, which is why we are encouraged in scripture to make wise decisions and take needed precautions to protect our health and those of our family.

We learn from the book of Job that Satan contends that faced with sickness, loss or disease humans will "curse God to [His] very face". This is true of many but the privilege and honour of the True Christian is to stay loyal to God despite suffering, illness disease and loss. It is this way we prove the sincerity of our love and the genuineness of our faith and expose Satan as the liar he is (see Prov 27:11).

Only in that they are not guaranteed a miraculous cure can we say that we are all subject to the same constraints. However the bible reveals Jehovah (YHWH) has special affection for his loyal servants and guarantees his holy spirit that will enable them to face any test their faith in tact.

He also promises them the peace of mind that enables them to face terrible diseases, illnesses and even death with a calm dignity and a firm hope that is impossible for a non believe to comprehend. So no, biblically God does not treat the faithful and the faithless the in the same way (that would be unrighteous on His part). He distinguishes between those that love Him and those that do not and blesses the faithful with spiritual prosperity, inner joy and protects their faith despite being subject to the same or worse trials in this world as anyone else.

ISAIAH 65:14 - NWT

Look! My servants will shout joyfully because of the good condition of the heart, But you will cry out because of the pain of heart And you will wail because of a broken spirit.

It stands to reason that if Satan challenged Jehovah and the human race to prove their love for their God, the people Of Jehovah would be the focus of suffering. Satan accused humans of worshipping Jehovah only if they were sheltered from harm, and he said that if push came to shove, humans would abandon their worship of Jehovah if He didn't protect them from all difficulties. (See Job chapter 2.) Therefore, now we have the opportunity to take our firm stand for Jehovah and prove Satan a liar, despite all the torture and pain that we might encounter.

When we do continue in our good relationship with our God, we can expect His help in enduring, and also know that we will be able to enjoy so many more blessings in the new system of things, after Jesus destroys the wicked at Atmageddon.

What are you expecting? Hands from the sky to materialize and drop coronavirus test kits to everyone?
With an all-powerful creature, interested in us, we should expect anything, anything at all.
We should also expect something.

Instead there is a universal history - observed and verifiable history, of nothing.

That is consistent with an incongruity in the concept.
God has done NOTHING? Just in my lifetime I have seen God doing many things to help us endure. I was born just after WWII. Since then I have learned about what happened in Europe, particularly concerning what the Nazis did to Jehovah's Witnesses and 11 million other people. If you want to see what Jehovah did to help Jehovah's Witnesses endure, c heck up on history. There is much said on how JWs fared during the Holocaust, and how they were guided by Bible principles that they put into action because of their love for God. His Spirit guided them and helped them to endure the horrible experience of what happened between 1933 and 1945 and even thereafter in the Soviet Union.

You do realize, that, if you believe in the tribulations of the Jews in Babylon, by Rome and the Egyptians, then your God in all likelihood CAUSED the Holocaust as some kind of divine punishment in line with the Diaspora and Captivity and Exodus.

Though Christians deny it, Hitler’s private letters and public speeches confirm he, as a Catholic was acting according to God’s will.

I am not one to argue with the Torah, Jewish claims, a man’s personal opinion about his religion and “signs he claimed to see.

So if I were to agree with you...

Why do men suffer?

I do believe, by and large, that most Christians would prefer the bible to consist of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John... The remainder are generally parabolic and general interest stories. Some few seem to like the prophetic books, and enjoy trying to discern what they are trying to tell us. But most feel that the entire book is hundreds of indiscernalbe pages of nonsensical copy that doesn't really apply to them or their lives, and especially to this day and this age. They like the gospels. I've met a great many of professing Christians who have not even read the entire book.

They may know of, or even be able to recite the stories of Adam & Eve, Daniel, Abraham, David and Job. But what relation do any of those stories have to do with Jesus? Just personal interest parables about Jesus' ancestors? What is it with a book all about the life and times of the Jews when the whole point of Jesus' coming was to kick them to the curb, anyway?

Is there a common theme to these books? Is there a connection to Israel, Judah, Jesus and the rest of us? Does the Bible have a pont beyond how to get sinners into heaven instead of hell? And if that is what it is all about, wouldn't just a small phamplet do?

Why did the Angels shout for Joy at the creation of the Earth? (Job 38:7) What was their first habitation that they left? (Jude 6) Who is the god of this present world? (2Cor 4:4) Why was Satan allowed to hang out in the Garden of Eden? (Gen 3:1; Rev. 12:9)

Why did God make man? Did he have a plan? He made Angels as eternal creations but he made man to die? He made man lower than the angels but with an apparent prospect to be crowned with glory (Psa 8:5) Why is it that the world to come is not going to be subject to Angels or Mankind. (Heb 2:5; Dan 2:44) And why in the world did Christ come as a human being, made a little lower than the angels, subject to death, and took on the nature of a man? (Heb 2:7) What does Abraham have to do with Jesus? How could Jesus know him? (John 8:56-58)

You see, there is a story of here. It is the story of Creation, of physical worlds and spiritual worlds. It is a story of who, what and why man is and it is a story of Israel, called of God to be the example to the entire world of what life would be like for those who lived according to His way (Deut 4:1-8). Because God Made the Earth for the Angels, to dress and keep it, but they left ther first estate, came back to heaven with the intent to rule there... and they were cast back down to the Earth they were told to dress and keep.

Since the Angels had been given rule of the Earth, God could not just hand it over to someone who could not qualify to rule. So God made a man. He made him in his image. He made him with a mind that could create, that could plan and imagine and a will that would need to be ruled over. Because God would not have His Kingdom not subject to Him. So Adam and Eve had to withstand Satan and be subject to the law of God, to remove Satan from his estate. Adam failed. He chose to accept Satan's lie, you mostl certainly will not die, over God's admonition, that in that day that you eat of it, in dying, you WILL die. So, you see, mankind is in subjection to the god of this world. Because you are the servant of those you obey. (Rom 6.6)

Now the good news of the Kingdom of God is that Christ came as the second Adam, as a man, to do what Adam failed at and to take back the throne from Satan. But in the interim, this world is not subject to the laws of God, neither indeed can be (Rom 8:7). So this world has it's own forms of medicine, rulership, religions, morals, reward and punishments. But the world to come will not be subject to Angels or to Other Men, but it will be ruled in equty according to the Law of God. And when it is subject to God's Law and Authority, there will be no more sickness, because sickness is the result of sin and living outside of the law of God.

According to the Bible, if one is so inclined.

Could you be specific on how your god saved the Jews from being killed by Hitler?

Please explin how your god prevented the death of a child that had JW parents that would not allow proper medical treatment?

https://www.npr.org/templates/story/sto ... d=16763280

Please be specific on how your god ever cured anyone.

Do you belive that the devil can create life? If not then your god created a virus that is killing people. Of course if you read the bible you do know that you god likes to kill people by the thousands and allow rape,

As a PS, can you name any group that hasn't endured as much as Jews?
Can you name some who have endured more?
Can you name some who have had a blessed history?

When I put i that way...

Jesus is reported to have cured hundreds if not thousands of people of sicknesses, diseases and even the ultimate deadly disease ... death! We have every reason to believe his promises to wipe out such things when he rules the earth.
