There are two types of contentment.
Contentment with everything. And contentment with nothing.
Contentment with everything is ambitious, is restless, and comes Home only after extended voyâge in the realm of quest. Contentment with nothing is centered on needs met, not wants. Or only if wants are the same as needs. If it is contentment of the senses, then the senses are easy to content. No more beyond them is necessary. That is the chief drawback and simultaneous benefit of contentment with nothing. You save time and do not mess around. You keep a natural rein on your desires. But at the same time you are at fault, for not being ambitious.
