Why do the Gospel accounts vary so much? They seem to disagree!

The gospel accounts don't agree with each other, or so it seems to me.

For example: Why did the Gospel of Mark tell of the 'Temple clearance' happening in the last week of his mission when the Gospel of John tells us that it happened in the first weeks? ........most strange.

...............and more to come. :)

Use that energy into serving reality.

Thanks, but no thanks.

I'd rather get my smoking hot body from going to the gym, instead of from going to hell.

But, I will leave you to it tho :approve:

You see how quickly you rejected the offer. Now just place yourself into the same exact spot as Transponder. :)

Thanks for the loaded question. But I think hell will be funner than Heaven :approve: I also find it curious that these conversions are preferred to be done in private?

?

My point is that Transponder's willingness to entertain the idea of being 'converted' resembles the same willingness you just demonstrated here. Meaning, don't ask. I also find it strange that believers sometimes want to try such tactics in private. Likely because they, deep down, know the arguments are flimsy, at best, and do not want others to see them. Such 'conversions' are not won by way of logic and reasoning, but instead garnered via emotion.

If you care to continue exploring in a public space, feel free to contribute to a hypothesis I have. This is why I feel we humans believe in a higher power, or at least in part. http://debatingchristianity.com/forum/v ... hp?t=41274

So why in private?

This is a interesting question which deserves an answer!

What could be accomplished in private, that you refuse to share with us all?

I'm smart enough to know what your point is/was.
Meaning, don't ask.
My bad.

I didn't know that you were his agent and spoke on his behalf.
I also find it strange that believers sometimes want to try such tactics in private.
Tactics?

Sir, you are putting way to much thought into this.

It's not that serious.

The PM feature is there for a reason, and I attempted to use it to speak one on one with a person about things pertaining to, you know, religion.

Nothing more, nothing less.
Likely because they, deep down, know the arguments are flimsy, at best, and do not want others to see them.
It is actually the opposite.

Because I feel as if my arguments are strong, at best.
Such 'conversions' are not won by way of logic and reasoning, but instead garnered via emotion.
Unwarranted opinion.

Nah, I do not care to contribute.

This also the reason for why it was not arranged to have Witnesses for the actual Resurrection ?
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=27092
Or for why Joseph Smith dared only show the Golden Plates to The Three Witnesses . . .
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Witnesses
. . . and The Eight Witnesses ?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_Witnesses
Could you lend us a hand and help solve us some Misterys here ?
