The transformation of a terrorist or any other sinner depends on the strength of his or her extent of rigidity and strength of the ignorance. If the ignorance is in the tolerable range, transformation is quite possible. The transformation also depends on the power of your knowledge transmitted to him. The success depends on both sides. Even if the ignorance is very strong, it will be at least cut to some extent and the next step can easily succeed. The ignorance may not completely vanish, but, will certainly become weak on application of the spiritual knowledge. It may take long time for the final success. Only time is the point, but, success is certain in future.
