Pure love is a Spirit that fills the universe; and this Spirit is the being of God. Though God is a single being, His love has three distinct spectrums. They are love of a father, love of a redeemer and love of a sanctifier. Each of these spectrums, is a person; because each one has distinct actions. God in the Father’s love created us and takes care of our needs. When we abandoned His love and sinned against Him, He in the redeemer’s love came into this world as a human being; and died on the cross to save us from sin. Furthermore, to be our constant guide and keep us on the right tract, He in His sanctifying love fills our heart with truth. The presence of three spectrums of love in a single being of God, in a vague way, is similar to three distinct spectrums of primary colors in a single beam of sun light.
There is only one, true God; and that God is pure love. Pure love, is unconditional. It, therefore, never dies or change. It is, therefore, free of greed, anger, hate, jealousy and pride. It, therefore, brings us peace and joy. Money, power, pride, lust and selfishness are the false gods. Worshipping them results in fear, paranoia, hopelessness, hate, revenge, law suites, divorce, violence and murder. Furthermore, we can’t serve the true God, if our heart is with the false gods.
The word God is derived from the Sanskrit word, gutta; which means the one who is sacrificed.
What is the true God?

"Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God."
"Even at Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, and the LORD was so angry with you that He would have destroyed you."
two verse from the Bible, of an angry jealous God.

Re: What is the true God?
Post #4If that's true then this rules out the God of the Bible.arunangelo wrote: There is only one, true God; and that God is pure love.
Again, if true this rules out the God of the Bible, the Christian God, the God of the Jews, and the God of Islam.arunangelo wrote: Pure love, is unconditional.
All of those theologies place extreme conditions on how to obtain the love of God.
So if pure love is unconditional and God is a god of pure love, then this clearly rules out all versions of the Biblical God.
This view of a God might work with something like Buddhism, but definitely not with Christianity. Christianity is a religion that demands extreme conditions in order to obtain the love of their God. So it can never be claimed that the God of the Bible offers anyone unconditional love.

So... God is an emotion (love), a being, a spirit, and a trio of ‘spectrums’ - which in turn are persons - but one of them died, and he doesn’t change, and he fills the universe.
OK.
A spectrum usually refers to a band of colours (like a rainbow), but can more generally refer to a distribution of something physical, like energy or particles, or non-physical, like political leanings. I’ve never heard it applied to a god before.
Not sure what use pure love is all the way out here, either - unless you’re perhaps confusing it with something like the cosmic background radiation?

Re: What is the true God?
Post #6This assumes a strict dichotomy that a person must either believe in, and worship some imaginary God, or they have no choice but to worship all the negative things that you have proposed. But we know this is false because there are many examples of secularists who don't believe that any Gods exist, yet they don['t worship the alternatives that you have offered.arunangelo wrote: Money, power, pride, lust and selfishness are the false gods. Worshipping them results in fear, paranoia, hopelessness, hate, revenge, law suites, divorce, violence and murder. Furthermore, we can’t serve the true God, if our heart is with the false gods.
Moreover, these kind of false accusations toward non-believers have been made by jealous religions for millennia. So this isn't even your idea. This is standard religious propaganda that you have been taught and apparently bought into without questioning its validity.
If you would have put forth even the slightest effort to look into these fallacious claims you would have discovered their fallacy quite easily.

There are many different descriptions of God in the Bible. However, the Bible is summed up on the cross-King of the Universe who surrenders His life on the cross, in a most humble way so those who betrayed him may have eternal life.

Only the New Testament reveals God fully. This was revealed on the cross-pure love

Exodus 34:14 For you shall worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:Tart wrote: However... Isnt God a jealous God? (quote from the Bible)...
Since when did jealous get to have only a bad meaning?? One would think that there is no good value meaning to jealous...but it used to have one: Protective, zealously guarding, careful in the protection of something one has or appreciates.
Jealous is related to zealous: The fervour or tireless devotion for a person, cause, or ideal and determination in its furtherance; diligent enthusiasm; powerful interest. Related to jealous.
Tireless devotion...pretty evil, right?
PCE Theology as I see it...
We had an existence with a free will in Sheol before the creation of the physical universe. Here we chose to be able to become holy or to be eternally evil in YHWH's sight. Then the physical universe was created and all sinners were sent to earth.
This theology debunks the need to base Christianity upon the blasphemy of creating us in Adam's sin.

As far as your last question... Everything was going good until i read that, and then that started making me question all the goodness in life and if it exists in the world or if its all a big lie??ttruscott wrote:Exodus 34:14 For you shall worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:Tart wrote: However... However, i do agree, i dont think the fact that God is "jealous" is a bad thing at all... Im just not going to apologize for a God i believe to be true, or pretend it may be something its not...
