Hi,
I just became a member and I want to introduce myself and give a little information about my background. I am a man in my 50's, a computer software developer by profession, with a strong interest in the Bible. I found this site by randomly clicking on "next blog" in blogger and also following other people's links to the sites they have in their blogs. The subject of this site grabbed my attention immediately.
Some of my interests include science, games, and world events.

It is a first class human tragedy that people of the earth who claim to believe in the message of Jesus, whom they describe as the Prince of Peace, show little of that belief in actual practice.

Post #5Thanks for joining. We can't have too many participants or too much discussion on these topics. I would be interested in your opinion of my idea about the essential role the Bible plays in Christian faith, and my doubts that it is the revelation of a god. See this link for the original posting of the argument(s).author@ptgbook.org wrote:Hi,

Can prophecy prove the Bible?
Post #6Thank you for the information about your topic. I checked it out and I think it is an excellent topic. I do think that prophecy can prove that the Bible is God's word. See my reply in the topic "Reducing the complexity of Does God exist?' ".I would be interested in your opinion of my idea about the essential role the Bible plays in Christian faith, and my doubts that it is the revelation of a god.
