I only roast a turkey once a year, so I'm a traditionalist.
I make dressing
mashed potatoes
and home made cranberry sauce.
You want somthin' else you gotta bring it.
My wife fusses and moves my TV back from "the middle of the room"
I do all the cooking.
My Rx for mashed potatoes:
a little salt,
a little white pepper
a little milk
& potatoes and butter in nearly equal proportions
Happy Thanksgiving!

Canadian Thanksgiving was a little while ago so we did ours already; but Happy Thanksgiving to all of you Americans. Hope you have a great weekend, with family and friends and yummy food.
Peace!

I like to have room to add sour cream.
