How to get special access to debate books

Hi I couldn't find this anywhere, just wonder how to get this special access if I can or what the rules are for that. Thanks.

Ah... there are currently no books being debated now.

If you want to debate a specific book, you'll need to find participants. If there are enough people, then we can get one started.

What book are you interested in debating?
