Is using fake windows in a legitimate business considered a crime?

If the Phillipines has signed onto the international copyright laws it is illegal regardless of what you are using it for. More importantly this is unethical, would you like it if people didn't pay you for your companies goods or services?

If you want a free OS you could always go with Linux.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal everywhere where it is sold, so if you walk into a computer store and you see they sell Windows, then it's illegal to use a fake copy.

I'd be particularly careful if it's for a business.
