Design flaws in organisms indicate evolution, not intelligent design

Post by Compassionist »

The existence of design flaws in living organisms is often cited as evidence for evolution by natural selection rather than intelligent design by an all-loving, all-knowing, and all-powerful deity. If such a being existed and created life intentionally, we might expect optimal design — yet what we see instead are structures and processes that are inefficient, prone to failure, or even harmful.
Here are some significant biological design flaws that point to evolution rather than perfect design:
________________________________________
🧠 1. Human Birth Canal vs. Big Brain
• Flaw: Human babies have large heads due to our large brains, but the human pelvis is narrow for bipedal walking.
• Result: Childbirth is extremely painful and dangerous — a leading cause of death historically.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Our ancestors evolved larger brains and upright walking separately, leading to a dangerous compromise.
________________________________________
🦷 2. Wisdom Teeth
• Flaw: Most people don't have room for third molars, causing impaction, infections, and pain.
• Result: Many need surgery to remove them.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Our ancestors had larger jaws due to diet, but modern humans' jaws shrank faster than tooth evolution could keep up.
________________________________________
👁️ 3. Human Retina Is Backward
• Flaw: The photoreceptor cells in the human eye are behind layers of neurons and blood vessels.
• Result: Creates a blind spot and reduces image quality.
• Evolutionary Explanation: The eye evolved incrementally, not from a clean-slate design.
________________________________________
🧬 4. Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve (Giraffe Example)
• Flaw: This nerve travels from the brain to the larynx, but loops around the aorta.
• Result: In giraffes, it travels over 15 feet instead of a direct path of a few inches.
• Evolutionary Explanation: It's a leftover from fish ancestors, where this path made sense. Evolution modified existing structures rather than redesigning from scratch.
________________________________________
🩸 5. Human Menstrual Cycle
• Flaw: Humans shed the uterine lining even if not pregnant, wasting resources and causing pain.
• Result: Menstrual cramps, anemia, mood changes.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Other mammals reabsorb the lining. Our approach may have evolved due to pathogen risks in internal fertilization.
________________________________________
🫁 6. Shared Path for Food and Air
• Flaw: The esophagus (food) and trachea (air) share an entrance.
• Result: Risk of choking — a leading accidental cause of death.
• Evolutionary Explanation: The throat evolved in stages, without foresight.
________________________________________
🦴 7. Human Spine and Back Pain
• Flaw: Our spine is an S-curve not ideally suited for upright walking.
• Result: Many people suffer chronic back pain, herniated discs, etc.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Our ancestors were quadrupeds. The upright posture evolved later, leading to inefficient structure.
________________________________________
🧠 8. Brain Vulnerability and Mental Illness
• Flaw: The brain is highly energy-consuming and prone to many dysfunctions.
• Result: High rates of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Natural selection favored reproductive success, not mental wellness or long-term wellbeing.
________________________________________
🏃 9. Knee Joint Design
• Flaw: Knees bear immense strain, especially the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament), which often tears.
• Result: Common injuries in sports and aging.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Knees evolved from quadruped ancestors, not optimally engineered for bipedal running and jumping.
________________________________________
🧬 10. Genetic "Junk" and Mutations
• Flaw: The genome is full of non-coding or redundant DNA and is prone to harmful mutations.
• Result: Genetic diseases, cancer, and congenital defects.
• Evolutionary Explanation: DNA accumulates "baggage" over time. There's no intelligent editing or streamlining process.
________________________________________
🧫 11. Susceptibility to Cancer
• Flaw: Cells divide for life but are prone to mutations that cause cancer.
• Result: One of the top global causes of death.
• Evolutionary Explanation: Cell division is essential for life, but natural selection can't eliminate all cancer risk — especially after reproductive age.
________________________________________
🧠 12. Human Psychology Biases
• Flaw: We are prone to cognitive biases (e.g., confirmation bias, tribalism, overconfidence).
• Result: Misjudgments, discrimination, and conflict.
• Evolutionary Explanation: These evolved to enhance survival in specific environments, not to produce truth-seeking rationality.
________________________________________
If we were designed by an omnibenevolent, omniscient, and omnipotent being, such flaws are impossible to justify. Evolution by natural selection, on the other hand, explains these quirks and imperfections as the result of a messy, blind, trial-and-error process — where old parts are tweaked, not replaced, and survival/reproduction, not perfection, is the end goal.

Is it a murder, when a soldier kills people that attacked?

Bible doesn't say God commanded murder, which is unlawful killing.

So, this God made the sun stand still and the moon stand still so that his Chosen People could murder more, but couldn't defeat the people with chariots fitted with iron!
It doesn't say God could not defeat them. It tells the people could not defeat them.

This is not the behaviour of an all-loving, all-knowing and all-powerful being. Such beings, if they existed, would always make perfect choices and they would never regret anything.
In this case the word regret can be translated as being sorry. I think choices can be right, even if it leads to sadness in one point and it does not necessary mean one thinks he did wrong choices.

I’m not sure that your statement there complies with forum rules:
15. It is not permitted to say another person or group is not a Christian or call them a cult if the person or group identifies as Christian (this includes Catholics, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, or any group that claims to be Christian).
There are demonstrably Christian denominations that have changed their rules around accepting gay priests.

Will Unregulated Gene Editing Technology Destroy Nature?
Untested Side Effects of Fast Growing New Technology May Have Catastrophic Consequences

We’ve all grown up with the existential threat of nuclear annihilation and more recently the ominous impact of climate change. Now we might be facing a new doomsday scenario: alarmingly unregulated gene-editing technology with the potential to radically and permanently alter the natural world.

“We’re looking at the replacement of nature,” warns Jeffrey Smith, one of the world’s leading environmental activists. “Instead of passing on to future generations what we inherited, the products of billions of year of evolution, we’ll pass on to future generations the products of laboratory experiments that are prone to side effects. And there’s no technology to clean up a gene pool once it is contaminated. That’s a formula for catastrophe.

Jeffrey Smith is coming to Maui to present a free talk on December 15 at 7 p.m. at the Makawao Union Church on “The New Global Threat from GMOs.”

Smith is traveling the globe to wake the world up to the dangers of this new technology whose risks are being downplayed or ignored by the profit-hungry biotech industry and colluding government agencies.

“It’s an unregulated, wild-west ‘gene rush’ and it’s already happening,” says Smith, the author of the best-selling “Seeds of Deception.” “The replacement of nature with corrupted DNA is upon us. We may lose the natural world we cherish.”

This dangerous new gene manipulation editing industry is known as “CRISPR” technology, which stands for Clustered Regularly-Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats. The global market for CRISPR gene-editing products is predicted to reach more than $5 billion by 2025.

Already soybeans are being bred without the addition of trans fats to create “healthier” oil, non-browning lettuce has been developed that can be grown in warmer, drier climates, and mushrooms that won’t brown, disease resistant rice, carrots with more attractive shades, spicy tomatoes, potatoes that don’t bruise, and wheat with more fiber and less gluten.

“We’d like a piece of Wonder Bread to meet all your daily requirements of fiber,” Calyxt’s chief science officer told Wired.

Monsanto has invested $125 million in the gene-editing company Pairwise, which is creating sweeter strawberries, as well as gene-edited corn, soybeans, wheat, cotton and canola crops. They hope to avoid GMO health concerns with the new technology.

The most shocking application happened in China last year. Twin babies were born that had been gene edited when they were embryos, to eliminate a gene called CCR5 and make them resistant to HIV.

“Once the gate of gene-editing is wide open, the human race will be finished,” Shao Feng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, told the South China Morning Post. “The technology is strong but the terrifying fact is that anyone slightly trained in a lab can perform it.”

Stop Global Food Security Act Promoting GMOs

Biotech corporations and mega-charities are promoting the GMO agenda as US foreign policy, and it must be stopped. Dr. Mae-Wan Ho

The GM clause to food security

The US Global Food Security Act of 2009 (S. 384) sponsored by Richard Lugar (Indiana, Republican), Robert Casey (Pennsylvania, Democrat) and seven other US Senators in February 2009 is [1, 2] “A bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal years 2010 through 2014 to provide assistance to foreign countries to promote food security, to stimulate rural economies, and to improve emergency response to food crises, to amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, and for other purposes.”

However, the proposed amendment to the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) of 1961 has proven controversial. It would “include research on biotechnological advances appropriate to local ecological conditions, including genetically modified technology.”

The bill is supported by the US land grant colleges as well as InterAction (American Council for Voluntary International Action) and its 26 member organizations including WWF, Oxfam, Bread for the World CARE, Save the Children, and ONE [3]. The bill was passed through the Senate foreign Relations Committee on 31 March 2009, and the Senate is expected to vote on it soon in 2010.

Widespread opposition to GM mandate

In April 2010, 140 civil society groups, scientists, and development experts signed an open letter to US Senators, urging them to “strip the GM mandate” from the Global Food Security Act [4]. While the petitioners applaud the bill’s intention to reform aid programmes to focus on longer-term agricultural development and restructure aid agencies to better respond to crises, they object to the clause effectively earmarking one agricultural technology – genetic modification - for billions of dollars in federal funding. US$7.7 billion goes with the bill, and no other farming methods or technologies are mentioned.

Not surprisingly, Monsanto has lobbied the hardest to support the bill. The US company is the world’s leader in the increasingly concentrated agricultural biotech industry, which is already subject to an anti-trust inquiry (see [5] US Farmers Oppose 'Big Ag' in Anti-Trust Hearing, SiS 46). Monsanto is likely to benefit most from the new research funding stream, and to profit from its patented products (both GM seeds and pesticides).

The petitioning groups represent the anti-hunger, family farms, farm-workers, consumers and those practicing and supporting sustainable agriculture. The letter delivered urges the Senate to reject the bill until it is made technology-neutral, and calls for agricultural research funding to concentrate on addressing local challenges faced by small-scale farmers, instead of mandating a specific and narrow technological fix, particularly one with little prospect of success and increasingly rejected by countries around the world.

“Independent science tells us that genetically modified (GM) crops have neither increased yield nor reduced hunger in the world,” said Marcia Ishii-Eiteman, Senior Scientist of Pesticide Action Network. “The most credible and comprehensive assessments of agriculture to date say that if we want to end global poverty and hunger, we’ll need to focus on increasing the biodiversity and ecological resilience of small-scale farming systems.”

Mariam Mayet of the African Center for Biosafety based in South Africa pointed out that pressure to import GM crops is wreaking havoc on local economies in Africa.“In South Africa, we are now dumping GM corn into other countries, disrupting local markets and undermining the livelihoods of family farmers there. As a result, Zimbabwe has imposed a ban on GM corn imports, and Kenya, which has a bumper crop of GM-free corn and doesn’t need any imports, is now grappling with a massive, illegal and unwanted shipment of 280 000 metric tons of GM corn from South Africa. A handful of powerful agribusinesses’ obsession with GM is pitting African countries against each other, with Monsanto and international grain traders reaping the benefits and ordinary farmers losing out. The last thing we need from the US is a bill legislating yet more money for GM crops.”

“At the end of the day, the GM mandate has more to do with breaking open markets for American biotech corporations than fighting hunger,” explained Annie Shattuck of the Institute for Food and Development Policy. “To get at the root of the global hunger crisis, we need to tackle poverty, something no technological silver bullet can ever do*.”

-------

*Technology, based on greed/materialism obviously can never tackle poverty because it helps create poverty. The ONLY Way to ELIMINATE poverty is to return to our Creators Perfect Law, which contains the PERFECT agricultural policy (with no chemicals or GMOs, and where the land is rested every seventh year) and the PERFECT economic policy (with built-in debt relief and no usury).

Deuteronomy 15:4 TO THE END THAT THERE BE NO POOR AMONG YOU; for the "I AM" shall greatly bless thee in the land which the "I AM" thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to possess it:

-------

Ben Burkett, President of National Family Farm Coalition and Mississippi family farmer, added, “Corporate control over inputs and the free trade agenda have destroyed the livelihoods of so many farmers at home and abroad. That’s why farmers worldwide are calling for food sovereignty—the right to choose fair and sustainable farming practices that protect our local food and livelihood security. This is what works best for our farms and communities.”

Interlocking interests of big business, big philanthropy and US foreign aid

A closer look reveals how the Global Food Security Act is designed to promote the interlocking interests of big business, big philanthropy, US foreign policy and US aid, as AGRA Watch discovered [6].

AGRA Watch was founded in 2008 to challenge the Gates Foundation’s participation in Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) (see [7] Beware the New 'Doubly Green Revolution', SiS 37), and to support instead, sustainable, agro-ecological alternatives already practiced in Africa.

In his opening statement before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee [8], Senator Lugar argued that worldwide food security is critical to US national security, especially in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Sudan where he says hunger has fuelled conflict and extremism He believes that agricultural development in these ‘troubled’ regions will ensure more peaceful conditions, and he is “excited by [the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s] vision” and their “beneficence”.

Bill Gates and Bill Clinton have both expressed their support for Lugar-Casey bill before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

AGRA Watch points out that the Lugar-Casey bill overlooks key findings of the International Assessment of Agricultural Knowledge, Science and Technology for Development (IAASTD), initiated by United Nations agencies and the World Bank, and involved over four hundred scientists and representatives from governments and civil society organizations around the world [9]. The IAASTD found that agro-ecological methods (research, extension and farming) offer enormous potential, and that a multi-faceted approach to agriculture is needed, rather than a narrow focus on GM technologies (see [10] “GM-Free Organic Agriculture to Feed the World”, SiS 38).

The Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation are partners in AGRA, and are also involved in numerous other projects aimed at spreading GMOs in Africa. InterAction works closely with the Gates Foundation, ostensibly to help small farmers improve their livelihoods through more productive agriculture, breakthrough technologies, and better markets [11].

The Gates Foundation gave US$5.4 million to the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center to set up a ‘Biosafety Resource Network’ [12], which focuses on the use of “appropriate technologies to increase nutrients in local crops” and serves as “a blueprint for other institutions and companies seeking to introduce nutritionally enhanced crops in the countries that will most benefit from approving and growing them.”

‘Nutritional enhancement’ is indeed a major area of GM development, the most notorious being the ‘Golden Rice’ engineered to express pro-vitamin A in the rice endosperm, which was exposed as a costly and morally bankrupt public relations exercise for the GM industry [13, 14] (The 'Golden Rice', An Exercise in How Not to Do Science, I-SIS Report; The Golden Rice Scandal Unfolds, SiS 42). Genetic modification for nutritional enhancement has been re-launched as ‘metabolic engineering’ in recent years, and our review has indicated that it would introduce other health hazards (see [15] GM Crops and Microbes for Health or Public Health Hazards? SiS 32).

According to AGRA Watch [6], the Danforth Center receives key funding from Monsanto Fund, the ‘philanthropic’ arm of Monsanto Company; and its main goals includes ‘Nutritional Improvement through Agriculture’.

The agenda of biotech corporations and mega philanthropies are clearly linked to each other and to US policy. More accurately, perhaps, the common agenda of corporations and mega philanthropies is turned into US policy, thereby gaining legitimacy and enormous influence over the rest of the world.

Stepping up the deadly GMO agenda when GM crops are failing

The Global Food Security Act is clearly a desperate attempt to step up the aggressive agenda of pushing GMOs to Africa when GM crops are failing all over the world, especially in the USA, the heartland of GM. Major crops genetically modified for just two traits – herbicide tolerance and insect resistance – are ravaged by super weeds and secondary pests, and farmers are fighting a losing battle with more sprays and increasingly toxic chemicals [16] (GM Crops Facing Meltdown in the USA, SiS 46).

The same is happening in China. The mirid bug has emerged as a serious secondary pest with outbreaks in multiple crops correlated with wide spread adoption of Bt cotton [17].

The situation is bad enough for farmers in the United States and China; but it is deadly in India, where farmers do not have any state subsidies, unlike their counterparts in the USA and China, and many are already caught in a cycle of indebtedness from the ‘green revolution' agriculture that depends on high chemical inputs. Bt cotton, approved for commercial planting in 2003, spread rapidly throughout the country despite strenuous protests from farmer and consumers. Crop failures or bad harvests for two successive seasons on top of the exorbitant costs of GM seeds would be enough to build up debt to a level that drives farmers to take their own lives.

Bt cotton soon created secondary and new pests, as well as resistant pests, new diseases and above all, soils so depleted in nutrients and beneficial microorganisms that they may cease to support the growth of any crop in a decade [18, 19] (Farmer Suicides and Bt Cotton Nightmare Unfolding in India , Mealy Bug Plagues Bt Cotton in India and Pakistan, SiS 45).

The Bt cotton crisis in India has galvanised the entire nation to oppose the introduction of Monsanto's Bt brinjal (egg-plant). In response, Indian Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh carried out a nation-wide consultation, at the end of which, he announced a moratorium on commercial planting until further health and environmental safety tests can be conducted [20] (Bt Brinjal Halted, SiS 46). Ramesh achieved the status of a national hero for standing up to intense pressure from the USA and its agents that had already manipulated India's national Genetic Engineering Approval Committee (GEAC) to approve commercial planting of Bt brinjal [21]. Ramesh pointedly renamed GEAC to Genetic Engineering Appraisal Committee on announcing the moratorium.

Along with the unfolding ecological disasters is accumulating evidence of adverse health impacts, both of which have been predicted by critics right from the start, as described in my book Genetic Engineering Dream or Nightmare first published in 1997 [22]. The health hazards, both inherent to the genetic modification technology and specific to transgenes involved, have been corroborated both by the limited number of experiments independent scientists are able to conduct in the laboratory with inadequate support, and by experiences of farm and other workers in the fields, as documented in a dossier of reports [23] GM Science Exposed. (ISIS CD book). Sicknesses and deaths have occurred in fields where people and livestock were exposed to GM crops. In the laboratory, whenever and wherever independent scientists perform feeding trials, they find increased deaths, sterility, stunting, and a range of organ dysfunction, regardless of the transgenic crop or transgenes involved, and in a variety of animal species. The same disturbing findings emerge when independent scientists have been able to reanalyse raw data submitted by companies for transgenic varieties that have been approved as ‘substantially equivalent’ to and hence as safe as the non-GM counterparts. This applies to the data submitted for Bt brinjal that gained commercial approval [24] (see Bt Brinjal Unfit for Human Consumption, SiS 41) before the moratorium was imposed.

The following excerpt is from:

Genetically Modified "Terminator" Seeds

The real reason for the production of G.M. "Terminator Seeds", no matter what assurances and "spin-doctoring" they give us, is to cross-pollinate all the crops on Earth, so that the companies who produce these seeds will then have the world at their mercy, as everyone on Earth would then be forced to buy seeds from them, every year, or starve. Just like the "Terminator", that these seeds are named after and the person who is feeding the scientists this evil deceptive technology*, the cross-pollination absolutely will not stop until it has turned all of the plants on Earth into "Terminator" plants.

The method in the madness, of the person who is REALLY behind all this insanity, is to then destroy these "Terminator Seeds" by getting them to "Self-Destruct" before producing a crop and the whole world will then starve, irrespective of any physical harm these crops will also do to animals and humans.

That is why Satan is telepathically feeding his scientists, who work for the G.M. companies, with this insane technology* and has convinced them to adopt it, because they can see the money and power, they think, they will obtain through it, whilst their arrogance and greed blind them to their lunacy and the Apocalyptic danger of this totally unnecessary technology and the fact that they can't eat money.

* Technology - Science / false knowledge which is destroying the planet.

1 Timothy 5:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane [and] vain babblings, and OPPOSITIONS OF SCIENCE (knowledge) FALSELY SO CALLED:

Enoch 68:16 But by this, THEIR KNOWLEDGE (science - 1 Tim. 5:20), THEY PERISH, and by this also its power consumes them.

After a 4-year Legal Battle, Monsanto Drops Lawsuit Against Mexico’s GM Corn Ban
06/28/2024/by MND Staff

In what is being called a significant victory for Mexico, Monsanto has withdrawn its legal challenge against the 2020 presidential decree aimed at banning glyphosate and genetically modified (GM) corn for human consumption.

The National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies (Conahcyt) heralded the decision as “a triumph for life, health and food sovereignty.”

Monsanto’s subsidiaries, Semillas y Agroproductos Monsanto and Monsanto Comercial, ratified their withdrawal on June 25.

Monsanto produces the herbicide Roundup, one of several glyphosate-based products that are used in the cultivation of genetically modified organisms (GMO) such as Roundup Ready corn, cotton and soybeans. A common genetic modification makes crops resistant to glyphosate, allowing farmers to apply large amounts of the weed-killer to GMO crops.

The legal battle was initiated in response to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador’s 2020 decree to ban the widely used but controversial herbicide, which the World Health Organization (WHO) has classified as a “probable carcinogen,” though its safety remains a subject of debate.

The battle included over 30 amparo (judicial protective order) suits aiming to declare the decree unconstitutional. In July 2022, for example, Bayer, which acquired Monsanto six years ago, obtained a court order against the application of the decree.

Press Release – Class Action Lawsuit Against Genetically Modified Corn in Mexico
01/15/2024/by Demanda de Acción Colectiva

Great triumph against Monsanto in the defense of native corn, and against glyphosate.

Collegiate Court postpones the proposed resolution of the magistrate Ricardo Gallardo Vara on the injunction in favor of glyphosate and that favors transnational companies.

They recognize the precautionary principle and the precautionary measure against the planting of genetically modified (GM) corn, in view of the probable damage caused by cancer and in favor of the defense of health and biodiversity.

The Collective plaintiff against genetically modified corn celebrates the vote against the resolution of an injunction trial in favor of the Bayer-Monsanto company against the presidential decree for the progressive substitution of the use of glyphosate and prohibition of transgenic corn, presented by the magistrate Ricardo Gallardo Vara, who insists on determining that there is no danger associated with transgenic corn.

In a discussion held yesterday, Thursday, January 4, 2024, magistrates Patricio González Loyola and Jean Claude Tron Petit, mentioned arguments that the plaintiff Collective has presented during the ten years of our legal process, and that support our position of defending the right of present and future generations to the biodiversity of native corn in our country.

Judge Jean Claude Tron Petit highlighted aspects in the draft resolution that need revision, for example, that glyphosate is a deep-acting herbicide that kills the plants with which it comes into contact, which is why genetically modified organisms (GMOs) have been developed that are resistant to its effects.

He highlighted that the Decree not only has to do with the limitation or regulation of glyphosate, but also with biodiversity and highlighted the resolution of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation of October 13, 2021, which recognizes the effects on biodiversity.

Likewise, the magistrate emphasized that there is scientific evidence that contradicts the information presented by Magistrate Gallardo Vara, such as that of the U.S. Environmental Office, which in 2023 resolved that glyphosate did not represent a serious risk in terms of carcinogenic effects, which in 2023 resolved that glyphosate did not represent a serious risk in terms of carcinogenic affections, a situation that was questioned by interested sectors and which led to a sentence issued by the Federal Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit of that country, ordering said Agency to rectify its considerations, since it did not take into account each and every one of the elements involved. He also highlighted the restriction of the German Parliament in the year 2023 for the use of glyphosate.

He mentioned several lawsuits filed against Bayer-Monsanto by people who have developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a type of cancer that is a consequence of the use of the herbicide, such as the case of Edwin Hardeman, who won a lawsuit for 25 million dollars.

With respect to the decision of the European Commission authorizing the use of glyphosate for ten more years, the result of a controversial vote, he clarified that the use of glyphosate in public spaces was prohibited and that its use is not allowed for the drying or harvesting of vegetable products, especially for food use.

On the other hand, he mentioned studies that confirm the presence of glyphosate in people, particularly in children, in the states of Jalisco and Campeche, and commented on the cases of 10 to 15 countries that have restricted and even banned the use of the herbicide.

Finally, he made a call to be aware of the problems of glyphosate and the damage to native corn and commented that in situations of uncertainty or doubt such as the present one, it is better to apply the principles of prevention and precaution.

Judge Patricio González Loyola, focused his participation on the impact on the environment and health related to this draft resolution, such as the precautionary principle, which he mentioned, is justified, since it forces us to be careful in situations in which the risk may be the factor behind the action in question, in this case, the Decree that Judge Gallardo Vara has insistently tried to attack.

This, because they considered that the Decree is not a prohibition, but a restriction to reduce its use as a precautionary measure in view of the possible effects that glyphosate causes on people’s health and biodiversity.

It is important to have in mind that what is valid in other countries is different from Mexico, since in our country there is a connection between the effects on corn and traditional cornfield crops, which may have a different impact in other countries and cultures.

In Mexico, the consumption of tortillas and other corn products is high, so the impact that glyphosate may have on people deserves to be investigated, taking into account factors that correspond to our socioeconomic reality and our culture, highlighting that this is not present in the evaluations presented in the draft resolution.

It is essential to take up again the statement of Judge González Lozoya in the sense that the issue is controversial, but that the carcinogenic quality of glyphosate by the WHO means that certainty cannot be demanded in cases of presumption of irreversible damage.

Therefore, the Fourth Collegiate Court decided to withdraw the proposed resolution and reconsider it, considering the series of arguments presented by Justices Tron Petit and Gonzalez Loyola, all under the resistance of Justice Gallardo, who had to assume the reconsideration of the resolution.

As the plaintiff collective, we consider that this resolution represents a great triumph for the millions of corn consumers in Mexico, Mesoamerica and the world, by placing the human rights to health, to a healthy environment, to adequate and safe food above all else.

Unfortunately, the Collective has not been considered as a third party interested in the discussions on transgenic maize, however, we will continue to defend the great diversity of native maize in our country, against the purely economic interests of transnational companies, which do not take into account the damage that their genetically modified organisms and toxic agrochemicals cause us.

We will be watching the new project of the magistrate Gallardo Vara, to prevent him from continuing with the logic of favoring companies that are predators of life, the environment and biodiversity and that only seek profit, as is the case of Bayer-Monsanto.

We just have to wait till the "science" self-corrects.

So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.”" - Genesis 6:6,7, The Bible (New International Version).
The Biblical God commanded the murder of babies. No all-loving being murders or commands others to murder under any circumstances. That goes against the very definition of being all-loving.

Here are some examples from the Bible (New International Version):

1 Samuel 15:3

“Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.”

Numbers 31:17–18

“Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man,
but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.”

Deuteronomy 2:34

“At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them—men, women and children. We left no survivors.”

Deuteronomy 3:6

“We completely destroyed them, as we had done with Sihon king of Heshbon, destroying every city—men, women and children.”

Joshua 6:21

“They devoted the city to the Lord and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it—men and women, young and old, cattle, sheep and donkeys.”

Hosea 13:16

“The people of Samaria must bear their guilt,
because they have rebelled against their God.
They will fall by the sword;
their little ones will be dashed to the ground,
their pregnant women ripped open.”
A prophetic warning attributed to God's judgment.

If the Biblical God was real and all-loving, all-knowing, and all-powerful there would never have been any suffering, injustice and death. All living things would have been forever happy. Based on the Biblical God's evil commands and the presence of suffering, injustice, and death in the world, I am standing by my conclusion that the Biblical God is imaginary and evil.

The obvious reason for genetically-modified plants and animals is PROFIT.

If large corporations are allowed to tamper with the genetic code of food crops, commodity crops (e.g. cotton) and even the livestock -- as has already been done for years -- then they can "corner the market" on seeds, chemical fertilizers, chemical insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, etc. as well as most or all agricultural products.

FACT: ALL genetically-modified organisms are UNNATURAL abominations that pose a fatal threat not only to mankind, but to all life on Earth.

FACT: ALL man-made chemicals are UNNATURAL and abominable poisons, which are poisoning the soil, poisoning the water-table, poisoning the animals and poisoning the human population.

FACT: ALL man-made pharmaceutical drugs and "chemotherapy", etc. are also UNNATURAL and abominable chemical poisons. This includes ALL vaccines, including the deadly mRNA vaccines that were rolled out in late 2020 to address the fabricated global "CovID-19" pandemic, aka the magic virus scam, which has made trillions of dollars for the chemical-pharmaceutical-medical industry.

FACT: The genetically-modified mRNA vaccines were designed to accelerate a lengthy list of fatal diseases, with the goal in mind of exterminating most of the population on Earth to "save the planet" for the filthy rich. The "final solution" that serves both as a final fund-raising project AND as an extinction level event, proving our own insanity.

Read about: The Illuminati and The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion

FACT: The reason GMO crops are banned in many countries and the reason there are successful lawsuits and injunctions filed against corporate giants like Monsanto (now Bayer) for their genetically-modified seeds, crops and lethal chemical assault of all life on Earth is because people ARE dying in droves from their "genetic improvements" and their chemical poisons.

FACT: Further proof of our insanity is that the same corporate fictional companies that are developing, manufacturing and selling these GMOs and chemical poisons are also hiring and funding the "fact-checkers" (fact-chokers really), to "scientifically" validate their products so they can be marketed and sold.

No doubt these same pseudo-scientists and fact chokers will be cited by the science-worshipping zombies trying to respond to this series of posts, who have been duped into believing that mankind can allegedly improve on perfection.

It should be self-evident that there is something terribly wrong with a few people profiting from the wide-scale human suffering that has been caused by this insanity, which is what drives the "science" behind modifying genetic code we very obviously don't understand, and which has very obviously had disastrous, life-threatening consequences.

It also should be self-evident that just as organized religions have mind-numbed and programmed the masses to accept their doctrines and traditions which directly contradict scripture, the organized religion of "science" has likewise duped its followers into believing they know better than our Creator, and/or that the material world allegedly created itself, even though that notion is statistically impossible.

All part of our ego-driven insanity, resulting from human arrogance and ignorance, which always go hand-in-hand. The ignorance masks the arrogance, including the ignorance of our own arrogance, which is why they're so dangerous. The same arrogance and ignorance which motivated some poor lost soul to start this thread, so that they and others could try to elevate their "selves" (egos) by pretending there are "design flaws" in nature, while overlooking our own dismal track-record of screwing things up.
