Can Christianity and paganism be combined, Not that I want to combine them with my own beliefes personaly I think It wouldnt work but I want to know your answer.....oh and by the way can some one please move this poll to Christianity and Apologetics.

Well, in Jewish tradiiton. Satan is not a fallen angel, but merely doing the bidding of God. ALso, the suffering servant in Isaiah 53 is Israel, not Jesus.
Exactly true on both counts. But many Jews including some leaders in my denomination who were raised Jewish have come to see that our viewpoint is correct. If they Jewish people saw JESUS in the Suffering Servant they would follow Him. Many Messianic congregations do exactly that.

On Satan both of us agree He is an angel. But some of them put him as doing the bidding of GOD. Others I have talked to do not. While Judaism has three main braches they still are not one unified body in all beliefs. But then neither is Christianity. We are more divided then they are. :blink:

To me a great deal of that division comes from forgetting that the Church is of Jewish origin and accepting man made traditions as being of equal importance and weight in doctrine and church structure.
