Insomnia sucks
Post #1Man I wish sometimes I wasn't a former addict and could take sleeping pills. Oh well, is what it is. Just frustrating times especially when you are warping up school.
I suffer from insomnia brought on by P.T.S.D. from 22.5 years police work in
a violent small city.
I have 22 documented injuries that required medical treatment.
I suffer to this day, after 25 years, of chronic, intractable, back pain.
I haven't taken pain killers in years but I'm about ready to see another doc
for suggestions.
Pain killers are o.k. in the short term but are very addictive and after a while of
taking them the drugs prevent good sleeping.
Then the docs put me on sleepers and that was just another stinking addiction
I had to kick.
I'm ready to try E.M.D.R. link:

No drugs, just some form of therapy.
