I guess it all depends on how you view the statement... speak as a child.

Without using the label of incivility could not there be babes in Christ whom are full adults, yet in relation to the understanding of scripture be children... We all started out as babes in Christ... some are more mature. It's not an insult... but an observation of spiritual growth when someone claims women should not have a speaking role in the Church and then point out they speak as a child!
